The Hydrothermal System of the Campi Flegrei Caldera, Italy

In this chapter, we review the state-of-the-art of the Campi Flegrei caldera (Naples) hydrothermal system, and its behaviour during the last decades. The Campi Flegrei caldera has been undergoing unrest since 1950, as evidenced by recurrent bradyseismic episodes accompanied by manifest changes in the degassing budget, degassing patterns and in the composition of the fumarolic fluids. In-depth analysis of geochemical and geophysical datasets acquired over decades has allowed identification of the mechanisms driving volcanic unrest at the Campi Flegrei caldera. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvittää, kehittyikö yliopistossa ruotsia opiskelevien ruotsinruotsalainen vokaaliääntämys kuuden viikon mittaisen ääntämiskurssin aikana. Tutkimukseen osallistui kuusi ruotsinopiskelijaa sekä verrokkiryhmä, neljä syntyperäistä ruotsalaista. Tutkimusaineisto koostui ruotsinkielisistä lauseista, jotka luettiin nauhalle kielistudiossa kurssin alussa ja lopussa. Lisäksi kurssin alussa luettiin nauhalle suomenkielisiä lauseita vokaalien vertailua varten. Aineisto analysointiin akustisesti auditiivisia havaintoja tukena käyttäen. Marsilio Ficino’s relationship to the Hermetic literary tradition has long been a controversial issue in academic discussion. Although Ficino is commonly known as a translator and keen reader of the philosophical Hermetica, his allegiances to the Hermetic ideas have been recognized only in his theory of magic (only to be denied later), while in other cases, in general, scholars tend to deny the impact of Hermetic writings instead of accepting it. Jyrki Pietilä tutki väitöskirjassaan suomalaisen sanomalehtijournalismin pitkiä kehityslinjoja lähemmäs neljännesvuosituhannen ajalta. Hän tarkasteli juttutyyppien eli journalististen genrejen kehitystä.Sanomalehdistömme ensimmäiset runsaat 200 vuotta olivat kirjoitetun sanan aikaa. Zīmola identitātes analīze korporatīvajā mājaslapā

Šis pētījums analizē “airBaltic” zīmola identitātes atspoguļojumu uzņēmuma korporatīvajā mājaslapā. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādu vēstījumu ieinteresētajām pusēm pauž valodas lietojums trijās korporatīvās mājaslapas sadaļas. “airBaltic” nostāja tika analizēta, ņemot vērā kultūras un sociālus apsvērumus. Empīriskajā daļā tika izmantots trīsdimensionālais modelis, kas ir balstīs Normana Fērklova (1992) teorijās un izpratnē par kritisko diskursa analīzi. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par vērā ņemamām pretrunām sensitīvos jautājumos un nekonsekvenci sociālo attiecību dimensijā. Konstatētie rezultāti norāda uz paviršu attieksmi pret klientiem un topošajiem darbiniekiem.
