Numerosas empresas minoristas han decidido crear tiendas virtuales como alternativa a la tienda física. El presente trabajo pretende analizar los factores que influyen en esta decisión estratégica y su impacto sobre los resultados del negocio entre los principales minoristas del Reino Unido, Francia y España. A partir de una regresión binaria y del análisis de la varianza, los resultados muestran que la adopción del comercio electrónico por el minorista es afectada por el tamaño de la empresa, el tipo de bien comercializado y el país donde se ubica el establecimiento. Volatile Compounds in Red Wines Processed on an Industrial Scale by Short Pre-fermentative Cold Maceration

Nero d’Avola and Shiraz grapes were subjected to pre-fermentative cold maceration at 4°C for about 24 h in industrial winemaking, in order to evaluate the effects of the pre-treatment on aroma profile. The volatile compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and grouped into 14 chemical families 4 and 9 months after bottling. Principal components analysis (PCA) plots of the volatile compounds showed clear separation among wines from the Shiraz and Nero d’Avola varieties. The objective of the paper is to analyse the distribution of funds from the Central Government Fund for Local Investments (CGFLI) granted in the years 2020-2021 to the communes and districts of the Opolskie province in which the German minority (GM) rules in local governments. A hypothesis has been formulated that communes and districts governed by the GM are not treated as neutral communes in the same sense as non-partisan communes governed by local government officials who do not represent national political parties, and such communes and districts may thus face discrimination in the distribution of funds, similar to what has been established in the case of the opposition "Senate Bloc".
