Il saggio esamina in prospettiva giuscivilistica il tema delle mutilazioni sessuali e delle pra-tiche rituali. L'indagine si muove nel quadro delle regole e dei principi che presiedono alle scelte esistenziali dell'individuo in ordine alla sfera della sessualità. Lo scrutinio, partendo dai dati normativi e giurisprudenziali rilevanti in àmbito interno e sovranazionale e dall'elaborazione dottrinale in materia, è condotta in maniera separata per le mutilazioni sessuali femminili e per quelle maschili, queste ultime riconducibili prevalentemente alla circoncisione, considerando tali pratiche quando eseguite per motivazioni rituali e/o religiose, e in assenza di finalità sanitarie. Gli alunni stranieri non accompagnati costituiscono un universo eterogeneo che rappresenta una sfida per la governante dei processi formativi. Da qui la scelta di offrire uno spaccato sull'inserimento formativo dei MSNA nei contesti locali, attraverso una ricognizione delle rilevazioni svolte in realtà del Nord, Centro e Sud Italia. Unaccompanied foreign pupils constitute a heterogeneous universe which represents a challenge for the governing of educational processes. Hence the choice to offer an insight into the training insertion of MSNA in local contexts, through a survey of the surveys carried out in reality in Northern, Central and Southern Italy.

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kuri seksuālās minoritāšu identitātes aspekti ir saistīti psiholoģisko distresu un uztverto sociālo atbalstu lesbietēm, gejiem un biseksuāliem cilvēkiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 126 dalībnieki, vecumā 18 - 52 gadi. Dalībnieki tika iedalīti trīs pētījuma grupās: lesbietes (n=49); geji (n=41); biseksuāli cilvēki (n=36). Pētījumā tika izmantota Lesbiešu, geju un biseksuālu cilvēku identitātes aptauja, Keslera psiholoģiskā distresa aptauja un Daudzdimensionālā uztvertā sociālā atbalsta aptauja. This chapter discusses early immersion in a minority language in two bilingual countries, Canada and Finland. In Canada, immersion in the minority language, French, has been implemented since the mid-1960s and Finland introduced immersion in Swedish in the mid-1980s. As the core features of immersion education evolve in tandem with second language education theorizing (particularly as it relates to the interdependence and hybridity between and within languages), so too does the need to revisit the relevance of these core features across different contexts. The current study aims to explore team teaching as it is manifested in bilingual interactional patterns in a preschool classroom in Finland. The data was collected in a preschool classroom where a bilingual pedagogy in Finnish (majority language) and Swedish (minority language) was implemented with monolingual Finnishspeaking children. Video recordings were made while two teachers with different predefined language roles were team teaching a class of 20 children during two circle times.
