Vispārējā tiesību principa atvasināšana Satversmes tiesas judikatūrā Imanuela Kanta sintētisko un analītisko spriedumu nošķīruma kontekstā

Šajā bakalaura darbā tiek analizēta vispārējo tiesību principu atvasināšana no pamatnormas Satversmes tiesas judikatūrā. Analīze tiek veikta, kā metodoloģisku instrumentu izmantojot Imanuela Kanta nošķīrumu starp sintētiskiem un analītiskiem spriedumiem. Izpētes rezultātā tiek secināts, ka Satversmes tiesas nolēmumi izmaina pamatnormas jēdzienu tiktāl, ciktāl šie nolēmumi netiek skatīti kā jaunas tiesiskās realitātes konstituēšana, un ka šī transformācija ir vērtējama pozitīvi, jo tā kalpo kā atsvars un risinājums iespējamībai, ka pamatnormas sākotnēji iedibinātajā sistēmā iemīt trūkumi vai pretrunas.

Aim. We report a case of congenital true pancreatic cyst with high level of enzymatic activity, rarely seen in young and children which, to the best of our knowledge, rarely has previously been reported. A young girl was admitted to our clinic with a history of abdominal swelling and pain during exercise for many months. A mobile, smooth, non-tender mass was palpated on the left side of the abdomen during physical examination. Ultrasonography and computed tomography imaging revealed a not subdivide cystic mass sized 11.51x8.2 cm. Methods. Zgodnie z tezą, że kompetencje etyczne stanowią ważną cechę kompetencji merytorycznych badaczy terenowych, a doświadczane przez nich dylematy etyczne mają charakter dylematów metodologiczno-teoretycznych, autorzy artykułu naświetlają problem połączenia refleksji etycznej z paradygmatem socjologii jakościowej. The half-normal distribution has applications in various contexts, particularly in economic analysis (to describe, for example, inefficiency variables), reliability analysis and quality control. However, it seems that, still in the recent literature, interest in forms of multivariate distribution with half-normal marginals is remained at a low level. Ticības paranormālajam un māņticīgas uzvedības saistība ar pieaugušo piesaistes stiliem

Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā ticība paranormālajam un māņticīga uzvedība ir saistīta ar pieaugušo piesaistes stiliem. Pētījumā piedalījās 382 respondenti, vecumā no 18 līdz 75 gadiem (vidējais vecums 34 gadi), no kuriem 275 bija sievietes, bet 107 – vīrieši. Tika izmantota Ticības pārdabiskajam aptauja (Revised Paranormal Belief Scale, RPBS, Tobacyk, 2004), Piesaistes stilu aptauja (The Attachment Style Questionnaire, Van Oudenhoven, Hofstra and Bakker, 2003), kuras tika adaptētas latviešu valodā un Māņticības aptauja (Māņticības aptauja, Gūtmane, 2021), kas tika izveidota šī darba ietvaros. Vides piesārņojums pasaulē pēdējo gadu laikā strauji pieaug, pie kam liela daļa no šī piesārņojuma rodas vienreiz lietojamā plastmasas iepakojuma dēļ. Būtisku daļu no šī daudzuma sastāda mazie plastmasas maisiņi, kas vairumā Latvijas pārtikas veikalu pircējiem ir pieejami bez maksas. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai ar pavirzīšanas (angļu v. nudging) paņēmieniem ir iespējams panākt bezmaksas vienreiz lietojamo plastmasas maisiņu patēriņa samazināšanos veikalos.
