Changes in surface stress, morphology and chemical composition of silica and silicon nitride surfaces during the etching by gaseous HF acid

International audience; HF acid attack of SiO2 and Si3N4 substrates is analyzed to improve the sensitivity of a sensor based on inicrocantilever. Ex situ analysis of the etching using XPS, SIMS and AFM show significant changes in the anisotropy and the rate of the etching of the oxides on SiO2 and Si3N4 surface. Those differences influence the kinetic evolution of the plastic bending deflection of the cantilever coated with SiO2 and Si3N4 layer, respectively. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt dažus no klasiskajiem robežu noteikšanas paņēmieniem un noskaidrot to priekšrocības un trūkumus. Darbā aplūkoti digitālo attēlu apstrādes pamati, izmantojot konvolūciju un citas metodes, un ir izstrādāti programmu fragmenti, kas ļauj pielietot dažādus asuma palielināšanas, izpludināšanas un robežu noteikšanas paņēmienus digitāliem attēliem.

Autor stara się opisać fragmenty biografii autora Origami, skupiając się na charakterystycznych dla poety sposobach dyskretnego mówienia o sobie (dystans narracyjny, rozdźwięk pomiędzy narratorem a bohaterem, ukrywanie zarówno postaci bohatera, jak i rzeczywistych osób pod zasłoną inicjału). Nowadays, innovative materials are more frequently adopted for strengthening historical constructions and masonry structures. The target of these techniques is to improve the structural efficiency with retrofitting methods while having a reduced aesthetical impact. In particular, the use of basalt fiber together with a cementitious matrix emerges as a new technique. This kind of fiber is obtained by basalt rock without other components, and consequently it could be considered a natural material, compatible with masonry. National audience; Cet article présente la façon d’exploiter ou de traiter des données de références bibliographiques saisies ou importées dans EndNote en dehors de leur logiciel natif en utilisant des scripts PHP/MySQL. Deux raisons nous ont amenés à utiliser ce traitement : soit EndNote ne pouvait pas faire des opérations particulières, soit il le pouvait mais de façon trop fastidieuse. Dans ce but nous exposerons dans un premier temps la façon dont les données sont organisées par EndNote, puis la méthode pour les exploiter et enfin nous donnerons quelques exemples d’utilisation.

A promising route is to recover magnesium in the form of Magnesium Hydroxide via precipitation from highly concentrated Mg2+ resources, e.g. industrial or natural brines and bitterns.
