Changes in surface stress, morphology and chemical composition of silica and silicon nitride surfaces during the etching by gaseous HF acid

International audience; HF acid attack of SiO2 and Si3N4 substrates is analyzed to improve the sensitivity of a sensor based on inicrocantilever. Ex situ analysis of the etching using XPS, SIMS and AFM show significant changes in the anisotropy and the rate of the etching of the oxides on SiO2 and Si3N4 surface. Those differences influence the kinetic evolution of the plastic bending deflection of the cantilever coated with SiO2 and Si3N4 layer, respectively. W artykule podjęto próbę rozpoznania strategii autobiograficznych prezentacji obecnych w twórczości Juliana Kornhausera. Autor stara się opisać fragmenty biografii autora Origami, skupiając się na charakterystycznych dla poety sposobach dyskretnego mówienia o sobie (dystans narracyjny, rozdźwięk pomiędzy narratorem a bohaterem, ukrywanie zarówno postaci bohatera, jak i rzeczywistych osób pod zasłoną inicjału). Nel contributo in oggetto l'autore, muovendo dalla decisione delle Sezioni Unite della Cassazione n. 61 del 7 gennaio 2014, coglie l'occasione per riesaminare le vecchie e nuove problematiche sottese all’intervento dei creditori nel processo esecutivo. Il primo tema affrontato è quello della par condicio creditorum, che viene esaminata nella sua storia evolutiva dal Code Napoleon, al suo periodo di massima estensione, dato dal codice del 1940, fino al suo ridimensionamento a seguito delle riforme del 2005. It concludes however that a revolution like the aforesaid explained would be only apparently advantageouOld and new problems related to the intervention of creditors in the expropriation (marginal notes at Cass. Sez. Un. January 7 2014 n. 61) Moving from the decision of the Sezioni Unite n. 61/2014 the author takes the opportunity to re-examine old and new problems related to the intervention of creditors in the forceable execution. The first major theme concerns par condicio creditorum which is examined in its evolutionary history since the Code Napoleon through its period of maximum extension (the Code of 1940) until its reduction as a result of the reforms of 2005. The author examines the possibility to overcome quoad effectum the distinction between sine titulo et cum titulo interveners in light of jurisprudence’s evolution between 1978 2009 and 2014. The possibility in particular concerns those creditors sine titulo the where credit has not been contested (ex art. 499 c.p.c.) by the debtor seek payment and partecipate to distribution. In the last section the author examines the possibilities for other creditors to contest the intervention of the creditor sine titulo ex art. 499 c.p.c. (utendo iuribus in subrogation in case of inaction of the debtor) or in the distribution phase ex art. 512 c.p.c. He concludes that the only person that will be really damaged if he doesn’t contest - ex art. 499 c.p.c. - the credit it is precisely the debtor. Nowadays, innovative materials are more frequently adopted for strengthening historical constructions and masonry structures. The target of these techniques is to improve the structural efficiency with retrofitting methods while having a reduced aesthetical impact. National audience; Cet article présente la façon d’exploiter ou de traiter des données de références bibliographiques saisies ou importées dans EndNote en dehors de leur logiciel natif en utilisant des scripts PHP/MySQL. Deux raisons nous ont amenés à utiliser ce traitement : soit EndNote ne pouvait pas faire des opérations particulières, soit il le pouvait mais de façon trop fastidieuse. Dans ce but nous exposerons dans un premier temps la façon dont les données sont organisées par EndNote, puis la méthode pour les exploiter et enfin nous donnerons quelques exemples d’utilisation.
