Ello ha tenido su reflejo en los modelos de celebración del matrimonio que reconoce nuestro ordenamiento, siendo opcional para los contrayentes la elección de su modelo: matrimonio civil regulado por el Código civil, ya sea en forma civil o en las formas religiosas de las confesiones con acuerdo o con notorio arraigo, y el matrimonio canónico. Zsyntetyzowano, a następnie scharakteryzowano dwa tytanosilseskwioksany: nowy, nieznany dotąd z literatury, tetrachloroditytanosilseskwioksan (2) i jego polimeryczny odpowiednik (3). Zbadano właściwości katalityczne otrzymanych związków w polimeryzacji etylenu i 1-oktenu. Obydwa prekatalizatory, po aktywacji za pomocą Et2AlCl lub EtAlCl2, katalizują polimeryzację etylenu do polietylenu (PE) o małej masie molowej, która zmniejsza się zarówno ze wzrostem temperatury reakcji, jak i stosunku molowego Al:Ti. Kompleks (2) w połączeniu z metyloaluminoksanem lub związkami boru jest także aktywny w polimeryzacji 1-oktenu.

The structure of bis(dimethylammonium) pentachloroantimonate(III), [(CH{sub 3}){sub 2}NH{sub 2}]{sub 2}[SbCl{sub 5}], BDP, was studied at 15 K and ambient pressure by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as at ambient temperature and high pressures up to 4.87(5) GPa by Raman spectroscopy. BDP crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group with a=8.4069(4), b=11.7973(7), c=14.8496(7) A, and Z=4; R{sub 1}=0.0381, wR{sub 2}=0.0764. The structure consists of distorted [SbCl{sub 6}]{sup 3-} octahedra forming zig-zag [{l_brace}SbCl{sub 5}{r_brace}{sub n}]{sup 2n-} chains that are cross-linked by dimethylammonium [(CH{sub 3}){sub 2}NH{sub 2}]{sup +} cations. Representatives of the genus Salamandra occur in Europe, Northern Africa and the Near East. Many local variants are known but species and subspecies status of these is still a matter of dispute. We have analysed samples from locations covering the whole expansion range of Salamandra by sequence analysis of mitochondrial D-loop regions. In addition, we have calibrated the rate of divergence of the D-loop on the basis of geologically dated splits of the closely related genus Euproctus. Tumor targeting using agents with slow pharmacokinetics represents a major challenge in nuclear imaging and targeted radionuclide therapy as they most often result in low imaging contrast and high radiation dose to healthy tissue. To address this challenge, we developed a polymer-based targeting agent that can be used for pretargeted imaging and thus separates tumor accumulation from the imaging step in time. La ciencia jurídica cambia profundamente en la edad contemporánea. En las universidades peninsulares se refleja este cambio en el arreglo de Quintana de 1836, y, más evidente, a partir de la reforma de Espartero en 1842, donde aparecen ya las nuevas disciplinas, el derecho nuevo. El derecho del antiguo régimen sufre notables transformaciones, para adecuar la legislación a la nueva sociedad de la revolución liberal. Ahora se implanta en las universidades el estudio del derecho patrio, de las constituciones, de los códigos que van apareciendo, y de las leyes especiales administrativas y civiles, hasta la tardía elaboración del código.
