Clinically, RO affects the primary and permanent dentition in the maxilla and mandible or both jaws. Radiographically, there is a lack of contrast between the enamel dentin, both of which are less radiopaque than unaffected counterparts. As discussed in literature, the accurate analysis of the modern co-cured joints between composite materials or between a metal and a composite material (hybrid joints) is complicated by the influence of the interface resin layer on the interface singular stress field. In such joints, in fact, there is not a proper adhesive layer and the thickness of the resin layer, that plays the role of the adhesive, is not constant due to the presence of the reinforcing fibers in the composite adherent. W artykule podjęto próbę teologicznej oceny klasycznych modeli racjonalizacji cierpienia i zła. Należą do nich: harmonizacja i estetyzacja, ontologiczna depotencjacja, umoralizowanie oraz pedagogizacja zła. Autor dochodzi do wniosku, iż żaden z nich nie daje wystarczającej odpowiedzi na bolesne pytanie: Dlaczego Bóg dopuszcza zło? Niemniej jednak każdy z wymienionych modeli zawiera elementy, które z powodzeniem mogą być wykorzystane we współczesnym dyskursie teodycealnym. The giant panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) is an iconic mammal, but the function of its black-and-white coloration is mysterious. Using photographs of giant pandas taken in the wild and state-of-the-art image analysis, we confirm the counterintuitive hypothesis that their coloration provides camouflage in their natural environment. The black fur blends into dark shades and tree trunks, whereas white fur matches foliage and snow when present, and intermediate pelage tones match rocks and ground. At longer viewing distances giant pandas show high edge disruption that breaks up their outline, and up close they rely more on background matching.
