Kirjoittamisen rooli koulutuksen kaikilla tasoilla perusopetuksesta korkeakouluun on monimutkainen, hieman provosoivasti sen voi sanoa jopa perversoituneen. Kirjoittaminen on yhä vahvemmin mittaamisen, arvioinnin ja hallinnan väline. Kirjoittamisen roolilla opettajankoulutuksessa on suoria vaikutuksia siihen, miten tulevat opettajat toimivat koulussa. Keskityn artikkelissa kirjoittamisen opettamisen ja opiskelun disiplinaaririsiin kamppailuihin. We have performed an experimental study of the crystal structure, lattice dynamics, and optical properties of PbCrO 4 (the mineral crocoite) at ambient and high pressures. In particular, the crystal structure, Raman-active phonons, and electronic band gap have been accurately determined. X-ray-diffraction, Raman, and optical absorption experiments have allowed us also to completely characterize two pressure-induced structural phase transitions. The first transition is from a monoclinic structure to another monoclinic structure. Reading and Spelling Development Across Languages Varying in Orthographic Consistency: Do Their Paths Cross?

We examined the cross‐lagged relations between reading and spelling in five alphabetic orthographies varying in consistency (English, French, Dutch, German, and Greek). Nine hundred and forty‐one children were followed from Grade 1 to Grade 2 and were tested on word and pseudoword reading fluency and on spelling to dictation. Results indicated that the relations across languages were unidirectional: Earlier reading predicted subsequent spelling. However, we also found significant differences between languages in the strength of the effects of earlier reading on subsequent spelling. Cross-country skiing is an extremely demanding and versatile competitive sport. Fairly little is known about changes in basal hormonal concentrations and function of the autonomic nervous system throughout the season. Better understanding about these changes as well as their relationship to changes in physical performance and training could be useful for designing better training practices and periodization.
