Tailored treatments in internal rectal prolapse

Background: Internal rectal prolapse is commonly reported in patients suffering pelvic floor disorders, such as obstructive defecation and incontince. Unfortunately, its treatment not always offers a symptoms resolution. Material and methods: To investigate the correct management and its influence in symptoms resolution, we investigated patients submitted to hierarchic therapeutic options from conservative to surgical treatments. An evaluation of the appropriate treatment tailored on the entity of the prolapse was proposed. Results: We investigated 84 patients [64 F, 20 M (median age 52)]. Abstract The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that it is possible to develop business intelligence projects in big and medium-size organizations, only with Microsoft products, used in accordance with standard OLAP cube technology, and presented possible alternatives, in relation with the requested functions.

Abstract Objective This is a description of complications following prolapse surgery with the use of alloplastic materials, the management and outcome. Study design 54 women have been referred to Mainz, urogynecology referral center due to complications following mesh-augmented prolapse surgery. Results The complaints who lead to the admission are expressed by the new terminology and standardized classification for complications arising directly from the insertion of prostheses and grafts in female pelvic floor surgery [1] . National audience; Les hiérarchies sont des structures cruciales dans un entrepôt de don-nées puisqu'elles permettent l'agrégation de mesures dans le but de proposer une vue analytique plus ou moins globale sur les données entreposées, selon le niveau hiérarchique auquel on se place. Cependant, peu de travaux s'intéressent à la construction de hiérarchies, via un algorithme de fouille de données, pre-nant en compte le contexte multidimensionnel de la dimension concernée. Dans cet article, nous proposons donc un algorithme, implémenté sur une architecture ROLAP, permettant d'enrichir une dimension avec des données factuelles.
