Poverty Reduction: The Paradox of the Endogenous Poverty Line

When evaluating poverty, the relative poverty line may be considered as a percentage of the median income or it may be a percentage of the average income. It is proved that, with a poverty line relative to the median income, reducing poverty may become less costly in proportion to the total income as poverty increases (measured by the Sen, the Sen-Shorrocks-Thon or the Foster-Greer-Thorbecke poverty indexes) by passing from a Lorenz concentration curve to another curve associated with more poverty. Dans cet article, nous approchons la question de la prescription culturelle par son inscription matérielle en nous intéressant à la circulation d'albums au sein de deux mondes musicaux : le monde du hardcore punk et celui de l'indie rock. Dans ces mondes, ces supports sont au centre des attachements que les individus entretiennent avec la musique et jouent un rôle prescriptif important. To explore the conceptions of patients with persistent low back pain (LBP) of undergoing physiotherapy delivered in Finnish primary healthcare by physiotherapists who had participated in brief training in Cognitive Functional Therapy (CFT). As part of a feasibility implementation study exploring CFT in management of LBP in the Finnish primary healthcare system, we interviewed nine patients from four geographical areas in Finland after receiving care. Este trabajo analiza críticamente las tesis de Ferrajoli en torno a la Teoría del Derecho y la Teoría de los derechos fundamentales. Ferrajoli ofrece una Teoría formal del Derecho y los derechos. Sin embargo, la dimensión formal y material de la Teoría son inseparables. Ferrajoli opta por un concepto meramente teórico y formal de los derechos que olvida su inevitable dimensión axiológica. El propósito del artículo es revisar los resultados de investigaciones relativas al concepto de las teorías implícitas del profesorado en la Formación Profesional. Se parte del marco teórico establecido por Marrero (1988) contextualizado en la escolaridad obligatoria.
