Online learning courses can create new interaction situations for participants who have not previously worked with each other. Initially, there is some degree of uncertainty between participants in these interaction situations. According to the uncertainty reduction theory, low uncertainty increases theamount of discourse and decreases information seeking. Thus, uncertainty may influence online discourseand learning. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää opiskelijoiden ja opettajien käsityksiä hyvästä verkko-opetuksesta ja -opiskelusta. In this conceptual paper, we explore online collaborative interaction from the perspective of dialogicality. Si bien en la educación presencial uno de los factores clave del éxito es el desempeño del docente dentro del salón de clase, es evidente que dentro de la educación en línea el papel del docente será distinto a su papel tradicional. Por ello, deben revalorarse los factores que garantizarán la calidad en este nuevo tipo de oferta educativa. En este estudio se muestran los resultados obtenidos de un análisis de caso de educación mixta (blended learning) para educación superior, y se enlistan los factores de éxito resultantes, así como algunas barreras para la adecuada implantación.

Aims: The aim of this study is to fill a gap in research on students' experiences of learning in student-centered assessment feedback practices. The article examines what students tell us about their learning in the context of student-centered feedback practices in higher education during online learning.

Artykuł jest komunikatem z badań, których celem była próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak studenci oceniają rozwój swoich kompetencji społecznych w związku z nauką online, która stała się koniecznością z powodu pandemii COVID19. W badaniu wzięło udział 350 studentów z trzech uczelni wyższych miasta Opola. Posłużono się metodą sondażu diagnostycznego. W celu zgromadzenia materiału badawczego wykorzystano kwestionariusz ankiety własnego autorstwa, w wersji online. Badani odpowiadali na pytania w oparciu o pięciostopniową skalę.
