Abstract Plasticity related gene 1 (PRG-1) is a neuron specific membrane protein located at the postsynaptic density of glutamatergic synapses. PRG-1 modulates signaling pathways of phosphorylated lipid substrates such as lysophosphatidic acid (LPA). Abstract Purpose. To evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of the combination of the mTOR inhibitor Temsirolimus and a standard salvage regimen (R-DHAP) in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large cell B-Cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
