Abstract The time span between 2014 and 2020 constitutes a new, multi-annual financial framework. During this time, by negotiating with the European Union, Romania received financing through 5 major types of funds which were part of the European Structural Investments Funds (ESIF) and which were structured in six major Operational Programs, the most consistent of which is POIM - The Major Infrastructure Operational Program (MIOP). Grupu darbs ir būtisks jaunākā vecumposma pusaudžu sadarbības prasmju attīstības sekmēšanai. Tomēr reģionu skolās ir ierobežotas iespējas grupu veidošanai angļu valodas stundās skolēnu skaita dēļ vienā klasē. Tas ir izaicinājums skolotājiem, lai nodrošinātu iespējas skolēniem gūt reāla grupu darba pieredzi prasmju attīstībai. Lai attīstītu skolēnu sadarbības prasmes, diplomdarba autores pētījumā izmantoja starpskolu projekta metodi. Gadījuma pētījums tika veikts, iesaistot 5. klases skolēnus no divām reģiona skolām. Zgodnie z założeniami Strategii Europa 2020 wobec państw członkowskich wyznaczono cele w ramach prowadzonej polityki rozwoju. Równocześnie Polska, jako jeden z beneficjentów programów operacyjnych, korzysta z pomocy finansowej UE, realizując projekty na rzecz środowiska, gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, a szerzej − rozwoju zrównoważonego i trwałego. Multifacial Recognition in Binary and Ternary Cocrystals from 5-Halouracil and Aminoazine Derivatives

A systematic analysis using single crystal X-ray diffraction was performed to explore the role exerted by potential intercomponent proton-transfer reactions in the supramolecular structures of A–B cocrystals formed by 5-haloderivatives of uracil (A), coupled with 2-aminoadenine simulants (aminoazines, B). Twelve new heterodimers were synthesized in different stoichiometries and cocrystallized by solvent cogrinding followed by solution crystallization. We discuss and introduce to the schedulingeld a novel, qualitative optimization model - scheduling under the network of temporo-spatial proximity relationships.We introduce a half perimeter proximity measure as an objective of scheduling.We present and evaluate an incremental Sequence Pair neighborhood evaluation algorithm, applicable to both scheduling and rectangle packing problems in VLSI industry.
