Constant sign and nodal solutions for parametric anisotropic $(p, 2)$-equations

We consider an anisotropic ▫$(p, 2)$▫-equation, with a parametric and superlinear reaction term.Weshow that for all small values of the parameter the problem has at least five nontrivial smooth solutions, four with constant sign and the fifth nodal (sign-changing). Terapia trans-cranica ad ultrasuoni focalizzati guidati da Risonanza Magnetica: studio retrospettivo di semeiotica neuroradiologica intra-operatoria

SCOPO DEL LAVORO: Valutare retrospettivamente le caratteristiche di semeiotica neuroradiologica delle lesioni indotte in pazienti sottoposti a talamotomia unilaterale del nucleo Vim mediante l’utilizzo di un sistema trans-cranico ad ultrasuoni focalizzati guidati da RM (tcMRgFUS). MATERIALI E METODI: Cinquanta pazienti sono stati sottoposti a talamotomia mediante tcMRgFUS per tremore essenziale refrattario a terapia medica (n = 39) o per tremore in malattia di Parkinson (n = 11). Background: Cooperation among university units is considered a cornerstone for the promotion of students' health. The underlying mechanisms of health-promoting networks at universities have rarely been examined so far. Shedding light on partnerships is generally limited to the naming of allied actors in a network. Objectives and Methods: In this study, we used network analysis intending to visualize and describe the positions and characteristics of the network actors, and examine organizational relationships to determine the characteristics of the complete network. The research issue in this study is the issue of declaring bankruptcy of cooperatives in the light of court decisions. A cooperative is a legal person, therefore it is a separate legal entity from its members (cooperatives). A cooperative, including has bankruptcy capacity. Members are not responsible for the obligations of a cooperative that has become insolvent, although it has a special relationship with them. De lege lata, the declaration of bankruptcy of a cooperative by the bankruptcy court does not mean that its members are obliged to make contributions to cover the deficit of the cooperative. W dwuczęściowym opracowaniu analizowany jest problem dopuszczalności żądania przez syndyka upadłej spółdzielczej kasy oszczędnościowo-kredytowej zwrotu wpłat wniesionych na fundusz stabilizacyjny. Nie jest to tylko zagadnienie istnienia bądź jego braku roszczenia cywilnoprawnego po stronie syndyka. Rzeczywistą istotą przedstawionego dylematu jest pytanie o dopuszczalność ograniczenia ustawowego atrybutu Krajowej Spółdzielczej Kasy Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowej wykonywanego w interesie publicznym.
