Reflecting on Work Values with Young Unemployed Adults in Finland

In this article, we explore the internal conversations about the work values of young unemployed adults in Finland. We draw on the theoretical concept of internal conversation by Margaret Archer in order to shift the focus from the individual work values to the interplay between subjective concerns and structural circumstances. Oglekļa sekvestrācijas procesā augsnē tiek uzkrāts pienācīgs daudzums atmosfēras CO2, tādējādi sasniedzot ieguldījumus klimata pārmaiņu samazināšanā. Microrobots and metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been identified as promising carriers for drug delivery applications. While clinical applications of microrobots are limited by their low drug loading efficiencies and the poor degradability of the materials used for their fabrication, MOFs lack motility and targeted drug delivery capabilities. Ar darbinieku aptaujas un datu kvantitatīvas analīzes palīdzību tiek pētīta zināšanu līdzdale starp nodaļām – tās intensitāte, efektivitāte un saistība ar organizāciju klimatu raksturojošiem faktoriem, salīdzinot dažādu organizāciju tipu rezultātus.
