The essay addresses the issue of the so called Internet Service Provider's Liability under artt. 12-14 dir. 00/31, with specific regard to the violations of copyright. The study aims at demonstrating that European Law on ISP is not a law on tort, but regulates a sphere of lawful action in favor of Internet Service Providers. The analysis of the Court of Justice's case-law reveals that the primary remedy against offenses committed on the internet is an injunction, while damages are only a secondary relief. Endosymbiosis is a common phenomenon in nature, especially between bacteria and insects, whose typically unbalanced diets are usually complemented by their obligate endosymbionts. While much interest and focus has been directed toward phloem-feeders like aphids and mealybugs, blood-feeders such as the Lone star tick (Amblyomma americanum), Glossina flies, and the human body louse (Pediculus humanus corporis) depend on obligate endosymbionts which complement their B-vitamin-deficient diets, and thus are required for growth and survival. Lending-based crowdfunding (LBC), in the large and tumultuous galaxy of crowdfunding, is the least fully disciplined and maybe the most problematic sector. Regulation n. 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020, on European providers of crowdfunding services for businesses, gives now a definition and significantly detailed discipline of the LBC, alongside the more widely known and regulated figure of investment-based crowdfunding (IBC). The essay takes some notes on this new text, also in view of the task of national Legislators and Authorities of introducing a domestic discipline on the LBC, consistent with the new framework of harmonization at EU level.

Fortuna w utworach Reja raz jawiła się jako bogini, kiedy indziej jako demon. Pisarz chętnie też sięgał po konwencję teatru świata, sceny cyrkowej, będącej domeną bogini Circe, turniejów czy pola walki. Satisfaction and loyalty in B2B relationships in the freight forwarding industry: adding perceived value and service quality into equation

This paper focuses on analysing the determinants of satisfaction (service quality, perceived value), as well as its possible influence on customer loyalty of freight forwarders to freight transport service providers (by road/maritime/air) in Spain. To this end, we propose a causal model tested using information from 205 freight forwarders collected through personal interviews. The model was estimated using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Moreover, the existence of differences in the perceptions on the analysed variables between transport modes is tested through ANOVA.
