We demonstrate the construction of wavelength λ-ratiometric images that allow visualizing the distribution of microscopic dynamics within living cells and tissues by using the newly developed principle of fluorescence response. The bent-to-planar motion in the excited state of incorporated fluorescence probes leads to elongation of the π-delocalization, resulting in microviscosity-dependent but polarity-insensitive interplay between well-separated blue and red bands in emission spectra. The aggregation of sickle-cell haemoglobin (HbS) is one of the most physiologically important and widely studied macromolecular gelation processes. Both the thermodynamics and kinetics of the process are important in determining the pathological consequences of deoxygenation of the red cells (and both must be understood if a rational strategy is to be developed for pharmacological intervention). In the statistical and transcriptional analyses reported in this exploratory study, original rhythms of 6–11-year-old children (N = 36) were examined. The hypotheses were based on a new model of musical development, and tested empirically using non-pitch rhythmic improvisation in a MIDI-environment. Several representational types were found in cluster analysis. The types are comparable to those found in earlier studies of rhythm. A dimensional conflict appeared between grouping and metre, and was solved in the last substage (10–11 years). Este filme supone, además, un proyecto totalmente personal, que refleja las inquietudes de su “autor”. La elección de este objeto de estudio surgió de un interés general por el uso de la música del concierto en las bandas sonoras musicales.En cuanto a la cronología escogida, existen referencias a la utilización de la música de concierto en películas anteriores a la muerte del general Franco.
