Su implementación y uso, implica un tratamiento de datos biométricos particularmente exigido en términos de cumplimiento normativo por el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos. En ambos casos, es necesario asegurar el debido equilibrio entre los derechos del estudiante y la garantía del derecho de la institución universitaria de articular procesos de verificación de los conocimientos que eviten el fraude.

An enormous increment in the average lifespan of diverse populations occurred worldwide in the 20th century. In the last 10–15 years, the importance has changed from extending average and even maximal longevity to favoring healthy aging, and many researchers have focused their studies on the aim at extending healthspan. Acoustic wave guides as infinite-dimensional dynamical systems

We prove the unique solvability, passivity/conservativity and some regularity results of two mathematical models for acoustic wave propagation in curved, variable diameter tubular structures of finite length. The first of the models is the generalised Webster's model that includes dissipation and curvature of the 1D waveguide. The second model is the scattering passive, boundary controlled wave equation on 3D waveguides. The two models are treated in an unified fashion so that the results on the wave equation reduce to the corresponding results of approximating Webster's model at the limit of vanishing waveguide intersection.

Maģistra darbā autore veic pētījumu, kas aptver būtisku OCTA regulējuma problēmjautājumu, kurš konstatēts Latvijas tiesu praksē. Pētījumā ir apskatīts OCTA likuma 35.panta viens no apdrošināšanas gadījumiem, kurā ir noteikts, ka apdrošināšanas atlīdzības izmaksa tiek atteikta gadījumos, kuros zaudējumi transportlīdzeklim ir nodarīti sacensību vai treniņbrauciena laikā. Darbā tiek analizēta transportlīdzekļa lietošanas jēdziena izpratne OCTA likuma regulējuma 35.panta 5.punkta kontekstā ar OCTA Pirmajā Direktīvā ietverto mērķi. Los Tumores de la Familia del Sarcoma de Ewing (TFSE) son neoplasias malignas de hueso y de partes blandas, poco frecuentes (entre el 6-8% de los tumores malignos primarios de hueso) y que afectan principalmente a pacientes en edad de crecimiento, adolescentes y adultos jóvenes (1, 2). The increase of the worldwide demand of “Platinum group elements” (PGE) for application in several fields such as industry, medicine, jewellery and, especially, in catalyst converter production, caused a noticeable increasing of PGE concentration in the environment. Though palladium, among the anthropogenic PGE, is not the most abundant one, it is the most hazardous since it undergoes easily and quickly oxidation to palladium(II) when in contact with soils, with a consequent increase of its mobility in the environment.
