Mannlige vernepleiere og deres yrkesvalg

Myndighetene formulerte målet om et kjønnsblandet arbeidsliv for ti år siden. Graden av måloppnåelse for enkelte yrkesgrupper er noe belyst, men det finnes lite kjønnsspesifikk forskning innen vernepleieryrket. Formålet med denne studien har vært å undersøke og beskrive hva som kjennetegner mannlige vernepleiere og deres yrkesvalg. I tillegg har vi undersøkt hvilke faktorer hos menn som har sammenheng med å ta et bevisst valg om å bli vernepleier. Resultatene er basert på data fra SSB og en spørreundersøkelse blant mannlige vernepleiere (n=487). Tall fra SSB tyder på at aldersfordelingen blant mannlige vernepleiere kan være i endring. In Mérida remains a nice funerary stela dedicated to a young girl. For many years the interpretation was that it means a dedication of a teacher to her disciple and therefore a unique example of women teaching in Hispania was imposed. Although this view is still ruled today remains in various studies that false belief. The reality is that there is no evidence that women, except of certain situations associated with the formation of the slaves, developed an educational activity in Rome. This circumstance remained with the triumph of Christianity. Hispania was no exception in the Roman world.

El presente estudio pretende aproximarse al conocimiento metacognitivo sobre las estrategias y destrezas mentales en la resolución de problemas de diferente naturaleza que tiene el profesorado de secundaria de ciencias. Participaron 46 profesores en formación, 28 de la especialidad de Física y Química y 18 de la especialidad de Biología y Geología. Se obtuvo información mediante un cuestionario sobre frecuencia, eficacia y facilidad del uso de cinco estrategias de resolución de problemas en tres tipos de problemas: interpersonales, prácticos y académicos. We renormalize, using suitable lenses, small domains of a singular holomorphic line field of ${\mathbb C}^2$ or plane field of ${\mathbb C}^3$ where the curvature of a plane-field is concentrated. At a proper scale the field is almost invariant by translations. When the field is integrable, the leaves are locally almost translates of a surface that we will call {\it profile}. When the singular rays of the tangent cone (a generalization to a plane-field of the tangent cone of a singular surface is defined) are isolated, we obtain more precise results. Effect of an insect growth regulator (halofenozide) on the cuticular hydrocarbons of Culex pipiens larvae

The cuticular hydrocarbons of the fourth-instar larvae of Culex pipiens aged one and six days were analysed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The effect of an insect growth regulator (halofenozide = RH-0345) on the cuticular hydrocarbons was evaluated using newly moulted fourth-instar larvae of C. pipiens, at the lethal concentrations (LC50 = 12.58 and LC90 = 28.58 mu g/l). A previous study revealed that RH-0345 is toxic to larvae of C. pipiens by induction of precocious larval moulting. During the first year of the project the main purpose was to choose, purchase and develop investigated materials: epoxy resin and at least two carbon nanofillers (nanotubes, nanofibres and/or graphene). The most promising material solution and the most optimal processing route were chosen and reported. Then two sets of epoxy and NC specimens were developed during Mobilities#2-3 to partner organization, Institute for Polymers, Composites and Biomaterials (Portici, Italy).
