Entre el activismo y la mediatización: encuadres de partidos y prensa en la campaña catalana de 2017

Los estudios sobre la cobertura periodística de las campañas electorales apuntan a una creciente mediatización. Este trabajo busca corroborar si la tendencia también se da en circunstancias excepcionales, como las de las elecciones autonómicas de Cataluña en 2017. La investigación compara los encuadres presentados por seis periódicos (El País, El Mundo, La Vanguardia, El Periódico de Catalunya, Punt Avui y Ara) con los adoptados por los siete partidos políticos representados en el parlamento autonómico (JuntsXCat, ERC, PSC, PP, Ciudadanos, En Comú-Podem y CUP). Literature on art education often emphasizes dialogue as a preferred approach and as a way of practicing democratic education in museums and galleries. Dialogue-based tours in such contexts are often characterized by a sense of harmony and agreement. In contrast, this article discusses the democratic aspect and political potentiality when dissensus and agonism are used as central educational strategies. The point of departure for the discussion was a teaching session on the online platform Zoom with student teachers as part of their module on art and crafts at the University of Agder in Kristiansand, Norway, in spring 2020. A Measure of Polarization for Tourism: Evidence from Italian Destinations

This paper proposes an index of polarization for tourism which links the axiomatic theory of Esteban and Ray with the classical hierarchical agglomerative clustering techniques. The index is aimed at analyzing the dynamics of the average length of stay across Italian destinations, and more specifically to detect whether the polarization within the set of clusters of places with similar values of the indicator has varied over time.

The development of Finnish museums over the last forty years

The focus of this article is the development of Finnish museums since the 1970s, when the Ministry of Education started to understand the social benefits of museums as social memory organizations with activities of research and education. At this point in time the Ministry began actively developing the preconditions for museum work, the main ”tools” being several political museum committees which created a museum hierarchy and network, ensured state subsidy through museum acts, established university studies of museology, and gave support to the Finnish Museums Association.

En este trabajo analizamos dos aspectos de las cuentas de los partidos políti - cos en Twitter durante la campaña del 26J: la estructura semiótica de los tuits y su función comunicativa. El análisis de estas dos varia - bles permite concluir que 1) las cuentas de los partidos carecen en general de voz insti - tucional y tienen sobre todo carácter ecoico respecto a las cuentas de los líderes, espe - cialmente los candidatos; 2) existe equilibrio entre el uso de texto e imagen; 3) la función predominante es el tuit de cita; 4) las cuentas son uniformes, solo destaca la de IZQUIER - DA UNIDA por su alto índice de especta - cularización de la política.
