Darbā tika aplūkots jautājums par trešo personu tiesībām apstrīdēt un pārsūdzēt būvatļauju, kā arī citus būvatļaujas izdošanas procesā pieņemtos lēmumus. Pētījums tika vērsts uz jaunā Būvniecības likuma, kas stājās spēkā 2014.gada 1.oktobrī, izpēti un salīdzinājumu ar iepriekš spēkā esošo būvniecības tiesisko regulējumu, konkrēti, pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot trešo personu tiesību apjomu būvatļaujas izdošanas procesā pieņemto lēmumu apstrīdēšanā un pārsūdzēšanā, jo jaunā būvniecības procesu regulējošo tiesību normu interpretācija nav pietiekami skaidra nedz iestādēm, nedz tiesām. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype o f breast cancer, insensitive to endocrine therapy. Chemotherapy is the main form of treatment, but is accompanied by a high rate of recidivism. The sesquiterpene lactone Parthenolide (PN) exerts a cy totoxic effect on MDA-MB231 cells, a TNBC cell line (1), but was ineffective at low doses (2-5μM). This repr esents an obstacle for a therapeutic utilization of PN. We supposed, in line with other authors (2), that PN c auses a protective response, which at low doses pre vails on the cytotoxic effect. Income and Physical Activity among Adults: Evidence from Self-Reported and Pedometer-Based Physical Activity Measurements

This study examined the relationship between income and physical activity by using three measures to illustrate daily physical activity: the self-reported physical activity index for leisure-time physical activity, pedometer-based total steps for overall daily physical activity, and pedometer-based aerobic steps that reflect continuous steps for more than 10 min at a time. The study population consisted of 753 adults from Finland (mean age 41.7 years; 64% women) who participated in 2011 in the follow-up of the ongoing Young Finns study. This study investigated the association between physical activity (PA) and midlife income. The population-based data comprised employed members of the Northern Finland Birth Cohort 1966 (N = 2797). Using binned scatterplots and polynomial regressions, we evaluated the association between accelerometer-measured moderate PA (MPA), vigorous PA (VPA), and moderate-to-vigorous PA (MVPA) at 46 years old and register-based income at 50 years old. The models were adjusted for sex, marital status, number of children, education, adolescent PA, occupational physical strenuousness, and time preference. Internetmainokset koetaan pääsääntöisesti tungettelevina, koska ne keskeyttä-vät tai häiritsevät meneillään olevaa internetin selailua. Mainosten tungettele-vuudesta seuraa yleensä ärtymyksen tunteita ja mainoksia aletaan vältellä. In-ternetmainonnan muodoista erityisesti videomainonta on yleistynyt viime vuo-sina ja tästä syystä videomainosten tungettelevuuteen tulisi kiinnittää huomiota.
