Il saggio affronta il tema della distinzione dei rapporti obbligatori in obbligazioni «di mezzi» ed obbligazioni «di risultato» e mira a verificare se tale teoria abbia o meno valore dogmatico. Dopo aver appurato che la distinzione non presenta, allo stato attuale, la caratura di categoria di diritto privato europeo, l’autore procede alla confutazione delle teorie che insistono nell’attribuirle rilievo sul versante dell’oggetto dell’obbligazione e delle regole di responsabilità per inadempimento. Self-direction refers to an individual’s responsibility and active role in relation to their own activities. It has largely been considered from the perspective of the individual, with self-direction being seen as a characteristic of the person, a linear process, or a feature influenced by the factors surrounding the individual. It is understood as a positive activity that promotes creativity and learning. However, the possibilities for self-direction have been less explored. Artykuł wyjaśnia kilka podstawowych pojęć, które Karl Barth w swojej słynnej Kościelnej Dogmatyce proponuje zastosować w nauce o Duchu Świętym. Po wstępnej charakterystyce myśli reformowanego teologa, punkt drugi prezentuje pojęcie „sposób bytowania” („Seinsweise”). Tym pojęciem chciałby on zastąpić pojęcie „osoby” Ducha Świętego. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory disease with demyelination of the central nervous system. High-dosage corticosteroids are the first-line therapy in the acute relapsing of MS. We report a case of severe high-dose methylprednisolone-induced acute hepatitis in a patient with a new diagnosis of MS. A 16-year-old girl was admitted for urticaria, angioedema, nausea and vomiting a month later she had been diagnosed with MS and treated with high-dosage methylprednisolone. Laboratory investigations showed hepatic insufficiency with grossly elevated liver enzymes. A liver biopsy showed focal centrilobular hepatocyte necrosis with interface hepatitis.
