Workplace learning (WPL) is a complex phenomenon involving the intertwined processes of working and learning. Recent studies have shown the importance of sustainable perspectives in WPL situations. In the literature, sustainable development is still predominantly referred to environmental, economic and social sustainability. In this study, sustainable perspectives denote the widespread use of previous knowledge, the rapid application of new knowledge and the effects of this knowledge on well-being, thus leaning on human sustainability. Beyond “liberals” and “conservatives”: Complexity in ideology, moral intuitions, and worldview among Swedish voters

This research investigated the congruence between the ideologies of political parties and the ideological preferences (N = 1515), moral intuitions (N = 1048), and political values and worldviews (N = 1345) of diverse samples of Swedish adults who voted or intended to vote for the parties. Logistic regression analyses yielded support for a series of hypotheses about variations in ideology beyond the left-right division. Tässä työssä tutkin oppikirjaa, joka on käytössä yläkoulussa, mutta ei ole alun perin laadittu peruskoulua varten. Kirjaa käytetään yläkoulussa alkavan englannin opetuksessa. Käytännössä kaikki oppilaat näissä ryhmissä ovat maahanmuuttajataustaisia. Työssäni analysoin oppikirjan kirjallisia harjoituksia ja teoreettisena pohjana analyysilleni on tekstitaitojen (literacy) näkeminen sosiokognitiivisena prosessina, jossa korostuvat sekä kontekstin että merkityksellisen kommunikaation tärkeys. W przedstawionym badaniu wzięło udział 118 osób – 48 mężczyzn i 70 kobiet, w wieku między 18. a 65. rokiem życia (M = 24,70; SD = 10,90). Rekrutacji osób badanych dokonano za pomocą metody kuli śnieżnej drogą internetową. Głównym celem badania była eksploracja potencjalnych predyktorów wsparcia społecznego – ciemnej triady, czyli konstruktu, na który składają się trzy cechy uznawane za niepożądane: psychopatia, makiawelizm i narcyzm, a także stylu konwersacyjnej niebezpośredniości, czyli skłonności zarówno do generowania wypowiedzi, w których ukryte są jakieś treści, jak i do doszukiwania się niejawnych komunikatów w wypowiedziach innych. Self-reliance is a feature which develops with age and whose scope expands alongside. It is, at the same time, a developmental need of each person, manifesting itself in a child’s steady effort to take action in an individual way that is independent of the environment. Meanwhile, adults often limit the child in its experiencing different situations, through relieving it of performing actions or taking it off completing them. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli relacji międzyorganizacyjnych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw w sektorze publicznym. Został on zrealizowany podstawie analiz o charakterze teoretycznym, w oparciu o założenia marketingu relacji, Nowego Zarządzania Publicznego oraz Public Governance. Analizie poddano typy relacji, elementy i etapy współpracy, a także alternatywy strategiczne partnerstwa. Analiza zależności między ogniwami łańcucha stanowiła podstawę identyfikacji możliwości kryjących się w potencjale relacji partnerskich.
