The use of an endostapler in the treatment of supralevator abscess of intersphincteric origin.

Aim This technical note describes the use of an endostapler for the definitive treatment of supralevator abscess upward from an intersphincteric origin. Method A two-stage treatment was performed. First an endoanal drainage was performed by inserting a mushroom catheter in the supralevator abscess cavity. In the second stage transanal unroofing of the fistula was performed with an endostapler. Results Since 2011, three patients have been treated in this way. After 2 years of follow up, none of the patients had recurrence of the abscess or been referred for anal incontinence. This article analyses a didactic experience in the Borgo Ulivia neighborhood (Palermo), which originates from a research on council housing’s requalifying as a planning laboratory. In particular, its aim is to answer three questions: which choice guides the research in the field? What kind of didactic approach can we use? What kind of didactic restitution should be used? Within the didactic framework, answering these questions has three roles. Ravinnolla voidaan vaikuttaa elimistön happo-emästasapainoon, joka saattaa edelleen vaikuttaafyysiseen suorituskykyyn. Emäksisyyden lisääminen elimistössä näyttäisi parantavan suorituskykyäkasvaneen puskurointi- eli vetyionien sitomiskyvyn myötä hidastaen happamuuden aiheuttamanlihasväsymyksen syntymistä. Ravinnon aiheuttamaa happojen tai emästen muodostustavoidaan arvioida ruoka-aineelle ominaisen PRAL-arvon (potential renal acid load) avulla. In questo lavoro ci si è proposti di verificare la qualità dei dati provenienti dalle stazioni permanenti appartenenti alla rete dell’Università di Palermo, creata nell’ambito del progetto PRIN2005 dal titolo: “Reti di stazioni permanenti GPS per il rilievo in tempo reale in impieghi di controllo e emergenza” e gestita dal Dipartimento di Rappresentazione. Attualmente sono disponibili serie temporali di soluzioni giornaliere.
