Problematyka badawcza, którą podjęli J. Widacki i A. Szuba-Boroń nie była dotąd przedmiotem zainteresowań naukowych. Jan Widacki podczas sprawowania misji dyplomatycznej w Wilnie kontynuował swoje zainteresowania naukowe, docierając do akt spraw o szpiegostwo z okresu międzywojennego. Natomiast Anna Szuba- -Boroń badając m.in. akta spraw o szpiegostwo zajęła się prozą Sergiusza Piaseckiego, pisarza i byłego szpiega. Obraz pogranicza, a w nim walka wywiadów sowieckiego, litewskiego oraz polskiego kontrwywiadu to niewątpliwie interesujące tło do ba-dań. Intellectual property rights and economic growth

Striving for greater economic growth, requires a great understanding of the underlying factors. One of the factors may be the intellectual property rights and the level of its protection. Whether it is and how does it behave are the questions answered by this thesis. The theoretical framework comes mainly from the Schumpeterian growth model. The empirical methodology uses GMM in order to obtain reliable results. The spatial structure of the landscape and ecological system of nature protection in the Upper Oder Valley

The study evaluates the spatial structure of the landscape in the Upper Oder valley along a section of about 100 km. It is a part of the valley with the strongest anthropopressure. According to the theory of ecosystem services, one of the functions of the Oder valley landscape is protection of its biodiversity. It is fulfilled by protecting valuable relicts of pristine ecosystems of the valley and by ensuring the function of an ecological corridor. The most important in it are riparian forests and oak-hornbeam forests, meadows, swamps, peatbogs and old river beds. Certamente l’attuale stato della didattica del Restauro dei Monumenti, nelle sedi universitarie in Italia, è anche il frutto del dibattito che coinvolse i docenti dell’area, nel periodo compreso fra il 1975 e la fine del XX secolo. Il saggio indaga il fecondo dibattito che proprio in quegli anni si sviluppò, grazie soprattutto all’impegno di Roberto di Stefano. Lo studioso, infatti, contribuì in maniera incisiva alla promozione di incontri periodici e dei contenuti da assegnare alla disciplina Restauro dei monumenti e per lo sviluppo della formazione degli operatori della conservazione del patrimonio culturale, in particolare architettonico e ambientale dell’Italia.
