Bezdarbnieku un strādājošo emocionālās un uzvedības problēmas un nodarbinātības spēja

Šajā maģistra darbā pētītas bezdarbnieku (n=137) un strādājošo (n=106) emocionālās un uzvedības problēmas un nodarbinātības spēja. Pielīdzināto grupu rezultāti bezdarbnieku (n=31) un strādajošo (n=31) grupā neparādīja statisktiski nozīmīgas atšķirības emocionālo un uzvedības problēmu rādītājos (Ahenbaha Pieaugušo emocionālās un uzvedības problēmu aptauja (Achenbach & Rescorla, 2003, adaptācija Latvijā- Amoliņa 2010), kā arī vairumā nodarbinātības spējas faktoru rādītājos. Vienīgā statistiski nozīmīgā atsķirība konstatēta Nodarbinātības dispozicionalitātes mērījuma (Fugate & Kinicki, 2008) faktoram optimisms darba vidē. Literature suggests that different types of early traumatic experiences (such as child maltreatment) have an impact on children’s psychological well-being, especially, in terms of understanding and expectations of relationships, representations of self and others and on their emotion regulation. Per a realitzar recerca epidemiològica, és útil utilitzar els registres administratius i de salut poblacionals, com els disponibles a Suècia.
