Existe una dificultad clínica en el diagnóstico del trauma, por estar desconectados de la sintomatología, provocar un bloqueo emocional y generar disfunciones en los principales procesos psicológicos como la percepción, el pensamiento, los sentimientos, la imaginación, la memoria y la función onírica de los pacientes clínicos. Bērnības traumas, traumas simptomu saistība ar ēšanas uzvedību un negatīvu komunikāciju ģimenē par ēšanas uzvedību pusaudžiem 11 - 16 gadu vecumā

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai bērnībā piedzīvotajai traumatiskajai pieredzei, izjustajiem traumas simptomiem, negatīvajai komunikācijai par ēšanas uzvedību pastāv saistība ar ēšanas uzvedību. Papildus pētījumā tika apskatītas dzimumatšķirības un izmainītas ēšanas uzvedības biežumi. Pētījumā piedalījās 726 pusaudži (369 – meitenes, 344 – zēni, 13 – nenorādot dzimumu) vecumā no 11 līdz 16 gadiem, 5. un 9. klases skolēni. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai pastāv saistība starp bērnībā piedzīvotas vardarbības pieredzi, traumas simptomiem, paškaitējošo uzvedību un pašnāvības domām, kādas ir šo saistību dzimumatšķirības un vai pastāv atšķirības starp paškaitējošas uzvedības veidiem un biežumiem dažādos vecumposmos. Pētījumā piedalījās 184 respondenti (109 sievietes un 75 vīrieši) vecumā no 18 – 64 gadiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt kādas saistības pastāv starp depresijas simptomu izteiktību, bērnībā pārciesto nelabvēlīgas pieredzi un agrīnajām neadaptīvām shēmām un noskaidrot, vai bērnības nelabvēlīgas pieredzes rādītāji paredz agrīno neadaptīvu shēmu radītājus un, savukārt, vai agrīno neadaptīvo shēmu rādītāji paredz depresijas simptomu izteiktību personām ar diagnosticētu depresiju un psihiski veselām personām. Pētījumā piedalījās 82 respondenti (visas sievietes), no kuriem 30 respondenti bija pacienti ar diagnosticēto depresiju un 52 psihiski veselas personas. Co-parental Couples and New Families: A Study of the Primary Triad

Abstract Starting from current areas of research in the field of developmental theories, the aim of this work is to analyse parent-child interactions within a primary triad and to consider co-parenting couple and their children as an interactive matrix. In particular, parent-child relationship could be observed trough new developmental units of observation and coding systems in the multiple scenarios of new families. The deepening of this study may promote an effective connection between research and educational support as well as clinical work with families and parental couples.

The study of moral judgements often centres on moral dilemmas in which options consistent with deontological perspectives (that is, emphasizing rules, individual rights and duties) are in conflict with options consistent with utilitarian judgements (that is, following the greater good based on consequences). Greene et al. (2009) showed that psychological and situational factors (for example, the intent of the agent or the presence of physical contact between the agent and the victim) can play an important role in moral dilemma judgements (for example, the trolley problem). Dipeptidyl Enoates As Potent Rhodesain Inhibitors That Display a Dual Mode of Action

Dipeptidyl enoates were prepared through a high-yielding two-step synthetic route. They have a dipeptidic structure with a 4-oxoenoate moiety as a warhead with multiple reactive sites. Dipeptidyl enoates were screened against rhodesain and human cathepsins B and L, and were found to be potent and selective inhibitors of rhodesain. Among them (S,E)-ethyl 5-((S)-2-{[(benzyloxy)carbonyl]amino}-3-phenylpropanamido)-7-methyl-4-oxooct-2-enoate (6) was the most potent, with an IC50 value of 16.4 nm and kinact/Ki=1.6×106 m−1 s−1 against rhodesain. Identification of mycorrhiza-regulated genes with arbuscule development-related expression profile

Suppressive subtractive hybridisation was applied to the analysis of late stage arbuscular mycorrhizal development in pea. 96 cDNA clones were amplified and 81, which carried fragments more than 200 nt in size, were sequence analysed. Among 67 unique fragments, 10 showed no homology and 10 were similar to sequences with unknown function. RNA accumulation of the corresponding 67 genes was analysed by hybridisation of macro-arrays. The cDNAs used as probes were derived from roots of wild type and late mutant pea genotypes, inoculated or not with the AM fungus Glomus mosseae.
