Psoriāze ir multifaktoriāla, hroniska ādas iekaisuma slimība, kas skar aptuveni 2% pasaules iedzīvotāju. Psoriāzes ārstēšanu katram pacientam izvēlas individuāli, izvērtējot slimības stadiju, norises smagumu, klīnisko formu, indivīda vecumu, ķermeņa bojājumu plašumu un to lokalizāciju. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot psoriāzes ārstēšanai piemērotu medikamentu apriti SIA “Alante” Tukuma Centra aptiekā laika periodā no 2014.gada 1. janvāra līdz 2015.gada 31. decembrim. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka lielākā daļa no aptaujātajiem Tukuma novadā praktizējošiem ārstiem savā praksē bija saskārušies ar psoriāzes slimniekiem un atzina, ka visbiežāk psoriāzes pacientiem tiek nozīmēta ārstēšanas terapija …

Psoriāze ir autoimūna, hroniska ādas iekaisuma slimība, kas skar 2 – 3% pasaules iedzīvotāju. Ādas bojājumus raksturo eritēma, epidermāla hiperplāzija un ādas plaisāšana. Maģistra darba mērķis ir veikt psoriāzes medikamentu apriti par 2 gadu periodu (2014. gads – 2015. gads) aptiekās: A – 11 un A – 42 un, izmantojot pacientu anketēšanas metodi, noskaidrot farmaceita lomu psoriāzes pacientu aprūpes procesā. Medikamentu aprites dati rāda, ka vislielāko patēriņa daļu 2014. un 2015. gadā sastāda kortikosteroīdus saturoši medikamenti: “Daivobet” gels (Calcipotriolum/Betamethazonum) – 52% (2014. gads) un 51% (2015. gads), “Elosalic” ziede (Mometasoni furoas/Acidum Salicylicum) – 26% (2014. gads) …

The recently developed potential-assisted deposition is indeed more selective as well as 100-fold faster than passive adsorption, thereby enhancing the reproducibility of the monolayer deposition.
