La fosa pterigopalatina es una pequeña región anatómica con forma de pirámide invertida, localizada a caballo entre la base del cráneo y el macizo facial. Es un espacio pequeño y estrecho, estructuralmente complicado y de difícil accesibilidad quirúrgica. En la fosa se aloja el ganglio esfenopalatino, que está implicado en una amplia variedad de enfermedades relacionadas con el dolor facial de origen neurovegetativo, como la cefalea en racimos. Osteoporoze ir skeleta slimība, kurai raksturīga kaulu masas samazināšanās un kaulaudu mikrostruktūras pārmaiņas, kas mazina kaulu izturību un palielina lūzumu risku. Osteoporoze parasti norit ilgstoši, biežāk bez specifiskiem klīniskiem simptomiem. Galvenais ārstēšanas mērķis ir kaulu lūzumu riska samazināšana un pacientu atveseļošanās veicināšana pēc osteoporozes izraisīta kaulu lūzuma. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot osteoporozes recepšu medikamentu apriti “Vangažu aptiekā”, kā arī ar anketas palīdzību noskaidrot pacientu un ģimenes ārstu viedokli par osteoporozi un tās ārstēšanas taktiku. Catalogue of the Diptera (Insecta) of Morocco— an annotated checklist, with distributions and a bibliography

The faunistic knowledge of the Diptera of Morocco recorded from 1787 to 2021 is summarized and updated in this first catalogue of Moroccan Diptera species. A total of 3057 species, classified into 948 genera and 93 families (21 Nematocera and 72 Brachycera), are listed. Taxa (superfamily, family, genus and species) have been updated according to current interpretations, based on reviews in the literature, the expertise of authors and contributors, and recently conducted fieldwork. El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. No obstante, el examen de estos testimonios revela la existencia de un único autor de ditirambos: Filóxeno de Citera. Aim: Biological diversity typically varies between climatically different regions, and regions closer to the equator often support higher numbers of taxa than those closer to the poles. However, these trends have been assessed for a few organism groups, and the existing studies have rarely been based on extensive identical surveys in different climatic regions.
