Power Maximization of a PV-Wind HRES via DC-link Voltage Boosting

This paper describes a method for the optimization of a Hybrid Renewable Energy System applied to a low power Photovoltaic-Wind plant. This approach exploits the DC link with a voltage higher than the correspondent value of the batteries, thanks to a suitable DC/DC converter. The goodness of the methodology is firstly proved by means of a novel graphical technique and then verified through numerical simulations. The results are discussed and show that, adopting the proposed technique, a significant increase of the generated power and of the annual energy produced can be achieved.

Some of the most severe problems in the replacement of galvanic treatment with PVD coatings reside, first of all, in the higher costs of vacuum processes and in the difficulty to coat many 3D small samples. This work describes the results obtained by using energetic deposition vacuum processes, of the family of Ion Plating Plasma Assisted (IPPA), using both thermal and sputtering sources, able to reduce dramatically the duration of deposition process and to eliminate the substrate heating and their pre-cleaning. Viens no svarīgākajiem nodokļiem, gan Latvijā, gan pārējās Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīs ir pievienotās vērtības nodoklis, kurš būtībā ietekmē jebkuru iedzīvotājs un saimnieciskās darbības veicējs, taču ar šo nodokli tiek veiktas dažādas krāpšanas, kuras veido pievienotās vērtības nodokļa plaisu, kura parāda valsts budžetā neiekasēto pievienotās vērtības nodoklis krāpšanās dēļ. Ievads: Urīnakmeņu incidence pasaulē ir 1500-2000 gadījumi uz miljonu iedzīvotāju. Pēc statistikas datiem nierakmeņu izplatības rādītāji svārstās no 1% līdz 20%. Šī slimība ir novērojama pacientiem pārsvarā no 30 līdz 50 gadu vecumā. Pēc Eiropas Urologu asociācijas 2012. gada datiem nierakmeņu slimību sastop aptuveni 20% gadījumu no visām uroloģiskajām saslimšanām. Materiāli un metodes: Retrospektīvā pētījumā tika iekļauti 123 pacienti ar urolitiāzi, kuri ārstējās Paula Stradiņa klīniskā universitātes slimnīcā 4. uroloģijas nodaļā laika posmā no 2013. gada 1. janvāra līdz 2014. gada 31. decembrim. Nanogels, or nanoscalar chemically crosslinked polymer networks, were generated by simultaneous crosslinking of Poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) and grafting of acrylic acid (AA) monomer through e-beam irradiation of their aqueous solutions. The yield of the process is very high and no separation or complex purification procedures are required since no recourse to surfactants or organic solvents is made. The administered irradiation dose (40 kGy) imparts also sterility to the obtained nanogels in the form of aqueous dispersions.
