Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää äskettäin diagnosoidun Parkinson-potilaan itsearvioimaa pystyasennon hallintaa ja kävelyä suhteessa valittuihin kliinisten mittausten muuttujiin. Tutkimuksessa käytetyt mittarit olivat Bergin tasapainotesti (BBS), Timed Up and Go-testi (TUG), Four Square Stepping Test (FSST), GoodBalance ja GaitRite. Tutkittaville suoritettiin myös strukturoitu kysely tasapaino- ja kävelyrajoituksista. An adaptive packet scheduling method is presented in this paper. The adaptive weights of a scheduler are chosen based on maximizing the revenue of the network service provider. The pricing scenario is based on the delay that a connection will inflict to other connections. The features of the adaptive weight updating algorithm are simulated, analyzed and compared to a constant weight algorithm. peerReviewed

This article gathers some reflections and suggestions that have been carried out throughout the workshop “Arquitectura construida y espacio habitado en los poblados de colonizatión de Italia y España” held in Palermo between the 21st and 22nd January 2020. The case studies that are here analysed and compared are Latina (ancient Littoria), in the Lazio region, Italy, and Valdelacalzada, in the Extremadura region, Spain. Investigate methodological quality of clinical trials in mandibular third molar surgery and its compliance with the consort statement. An electronic search was performed in five journal websites, chose the five scientific journals with the greatest impact factor in oral and maxillofacial surgery according to the SCImago Journal Rank. The compliance of studies with the CONSORT statement was assessed. Also, the risk of bias of each study was evaluated. Twenty-nine studies were included. Background: Central neuropathic pain represents one of the most common symptoms in multiple sclerosis (MS) and it seriously affects quality of life. Spinal mechanisms may contribute to the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain in MS. Converging evidence from animal models and neurophysiological and clinical studies in humans suggests a potential effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tc-DCS) on neuropathic pain. Spinal application of DCS, i.e., transcutaneous spinal DCS (ts-DCS), may modulate nociception through inhibition of spinal reflexes. A partir de la localización del testamento, inventario de bienes y almonedas posteriores tras el fallecimiento del pintor Joan Moreno en la ciudad de Valencia en 1448, se analiza la importancia del dibujo en los talleres del gótico internacional. La mención específica de dibujos del alemán Marçal de Sas (†1410) y de un florentino que podría ser Gherardo Starnina (c. 1354-1409-13) ofrece la posibilidad de analizar esta documentación en relación con el cuaderno de dibujos de los Uffizi (inv. 2264F-2281F, 18304F-18306F, 18324). Hroniskas sāpes tiek uzskatītas par globālu 21. gadsimta epidēmiju. Pēcoperācijas periods jebkurā ķirurģijā tiek asociēts ar vidējām līdz stiprām sāpēm. Nepietiekama vai neefektīva analgēzija šajā periodā ir viens no cēloņiem, kas veicina šo sāpju hronizāciju. Pacienta subjektīvā sāpju uztvere var būt nozīmīgs prognostisks rādītājs, lai paredzētu pēcoperācijas sāpju līmeni un plānotu atbilstošu ārstēšanu. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot, vai eksistē saistība starp pacientu subjektīvo attieksmi pret sāpēm un pēcoperācijas sāpju līmeni, un postoperatīvjā analgēzijā pielietoto opioīdu daudzumu.
