Under the paradigm of activation, the Public Employment Services has been reshaped by two levels of contractualization. On one hand, the collaboration of the administration with a network of agents on the programme scheme that make up the active policies of employment. On the other hand, the unemployed person?s access to a compartmentalized offer of services and individually taking responsibility for finding work. This double contractualization reveals redefinition of lowering public responsibility faced with the problem of unemployment that this activation supposes. Distinct Patterns of Functional Connectivity During the Comprehension of Natural, Narrative Speech

Recent continuous task studies, such as narrative speech comprehension, show that fluctuations in brain functional connectivity (FC) are altered and enhanced compared to the resting state. Here, we characterized the fluctuations in FC during comprehension of speech and time-reversed speech conditions. The correlations of Hilbert envelope of source-level EEG data were used to quantify FC between spatially separate brain regions. A symmetric multivariate leakage correction was applied to address the signal leakage issue before calculating FC. The dynamic FC was estimated based on a sliding time window. Albanian students’ motives for preferring certain real-life situations for learning mathematics

This article reports on a qualitative investigation of Albanian students’ motives for preferring certain real-life situations to be used in school mathematics, and possible connections of these motives to characteristics and issues within Albanian society. It is based on realistic interviews with students from Grades 8 and 9 in a school in the district of Shkodra in northern Albania. Interviews were conducted after students experienced five teaching units which dealt with mathematics embedded in real-life situations. The effect of reshoring announcement on company share price

The reshoring trend has gained momentum among manufacturing companies, which increasingly decide to relocate their production activities back to their home country. In this article, we explore the relationship between the motivations guiding the decision to reshore and the companies’ shareholder value. Particularly, taking an eclectic paradigm perspective, we aim to understand whether the motivations driving the companies’ decisions to reshore explain changes in the shareholder value.
