La tesis "Voces no españolas utilizadas en la prensa escrita del Paraguay" es una exploración de la influencia de las lenguas no españolas en el castellano hablado en Paraguay, desde la prensa escrita. Se ha centrado exclusivamente en el léxico. Para identificar y extraer las palabras hemos colectado un corpus de unas 13 millones de formas provenientes de la prensa escrita, y como analizador, el AESPY (Analizador del español paraguayo), un programa informático creado especialmente para el efecto. Familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) is an autosomal dominant inherited disease caused by mutations in the gene coding for the low density lipoprotein receptor (LDL-R). It is characterized by a high concentration of low density lipoprotein (LDL), which frequently gives rise to premature coronary artery disease. We studied the probands of five FH Sicilian families with 'definite' FH and one proband of Paraguayan descent with homozygous FH who has been treated with an effective living-donor liver transplantation. Abstract The Early Cretaceous (138–130 Ma) carbonatites and associated alkaline rocks of Angola belong to the Parana-Angola-Etendeka Province and occur as ring complexes and other central-type intrusions along northeast trending tectonic lineaments, parallel to the trend of coeval Namibian alkaline complexes. Most of the Angolan carbonatite-alkaline bodies are located along the apical part of the Mocamedes Arch, a structure representing the African counterpart of the Ponta Grossa Arch in southern Brazil, where several alkaline-carbonatite complexes were also emplaced in the Early Cretaceous.
