Attālinātā darba saistība ar psiholoģisko labklājību un apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai darba formai, konkrēti attālinātā darba formai, ir saistība ar apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām un psiholoģisko labklājību, papildus formulējot jautājumus attalinātā darba veicēju un pilna laika klātienes darbinieku atšķirību noteikšanai. Datu analīzes laikā tika izstrāds papildjautājums par attālinātā darba veicēju demogrāfisko datu saistību ar pētāmajiem mainīgajiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 170 partnerattiecībās esoši, gan attālināta darba (N=89), gan tikai klātienē strādājoši (N=81) Latvijas iedzīvotāji, vecumā no 19-59 gadi (M=27,75). The aim of this article is to show public diplomacy using the example of the European Union, which by its very nature is perceived as an actor with a natural potential to conduct public diplomacy. In a more detailed perspective, the analysis concerns EU public diplomacy towards the states of the Eastern Partnership, which is both an addressee of its objectives and a catalyst for its difficulties and constraints. Agentive responsibility and possibilities of conjoined therapy for intimate relationship violence

This thesis is about how to provide conjoined therapy to couples suffering from intimate partner violence (IPV). The discourse analysis concentrated on the narrations produced in therapy and how both the therapists and customers position themselves responsibly thus with strong agency. The results suggest an array of supportive narrative practises to enhance agency and provide through psychoeducation, empowering and perspective challenging toward more individual sense of agency in speech about one’s relation to the relationship as well as to the theme of violence.

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vai pastāv saistības starp piesaistes stilu un apmierinātību ar dzīvi. Tika aptaujāti 100 respondenti- 50 sievietes un 50 vīrieši. Pētījumā tika izmantotas Piesaistes stilu aptauja (Attachment Styles -Inventory /ASI/, Sperling & Berman, 1991), Latvijā adaptējusi Baiba Martinsone (2003) un Apmierinātības ar dzīvi aptauja ( Satisfaction with life scales,/SWLS/, Diener, 1985), Latvijā adaptēja Maslovska, Voitkāne, Miezīte & Raščevska ( 2005) un Upmane (Upmane, 2010). Sieviešu izlasē tika konstatēta pozitīva saistība starp apmierinātību ar dzīvi un piesaisti ar tēvu.
