Background: Organisation of patients' trajectories is a critical element of nursing practice. However, nursing practice is mainly expressed in terms of direct patient care, while the practices through which care is organised have received little attention, are poorly acknowledged and lack formal recognition. Aim: To examine the management of care trajectories as provided by homecare nurses. Design: We conducted focus group interviews with 29 Danish homecare nurses. Melanomas gadījumu skaits ik gadu pieaug un ambulatorās aprūpes māsām jābūt kompetentām, izglītojot pacientus. Sakarā ar melanomas bīstamību un gadījumu skaita pieaugšanu tika izvēlēta tēma un izveidots pētījums, lai noskaidrotu kādas ir izglītošanas īpatnības ambulatorās aprūpes māsām. Galvenie pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt literatūru atbilstoši izvirzītajai tēmai par melanomu un profilaksi ambulatorās aprūpes māsas praksē. Results of a dental care protocol for mentally handicapped patients set in a primary health care area in Spain

Objective: Disabled people have the same right as other people to receive the health care they need, but they sometimes have difficulties to achieve it. In Castilla y Leon it has come into effect a law to guarantee Primary and Secondary Care coordination to provide dental treatment under sedation or anaesthesia to mentally disabled people who need it. In this paper the concepts from activity theory (AT) are applied for identifying the challenges and contradictions emerging in surgical resident’s curriculum based training at hospital.
