As part of research aimed at establishing the profiles of students of new entry at ISFODOSU, we include vocational variables to determine the most important motivations for the choice of career of the participants, as well as for the election of this university and opinion on its technological resources. The sample (No. 744) was chosen at random, proportionally among the Enclosures, Careers and Sex strata. First, we validate the FIT-Choice scale with two confirmatory factorial analyses. One of the main challenges faced by physical therapy (PT) students is to learn the practical skills involved in neurological physical therapy (PT). To help them to acquire these skills, a set of rubrics were designed for formative purposes. This paper presents the process followed in the creation of these rubrics and their application in the classroom, noting that students perceived them as valid, reliable, and highly useful for learning. Face and Content Validity of the Pictorial Scale of Perceived Water Competence in Young Children

An international group of experts have developed a pictorial tool to measure perceived water competence for children aged from 5 to 8 years old: the Pictorial Scale of Perceived Water Competence (PSPWC). The aim of the present study was to verify the validity of this tool. In the first part of the study, 120 children were interviewed to investigate face validity of the PSPWC to ensure that all pictorial items were understandable. Tika izveidots režģu virziena uztveres adaptācijas uzdevums ahromātiskajiem un krāsainajiem stimuliem, kuru var veikt ar VirtualReality iekārtas un viedtālruņa palīdzību. Adaptācijas uzdevums tika veikts pie dažādiem adaptācijas laikiem un mainīga vienas acs stimula kontrasta. Tāpat tika noteikti un salīdzināti viedtālruņu starojuma spektri, lai novērtētu dažādu displeju pielietojums šādu redzes uztveres uzdevumu izpildei. We stimulate a hiring process with a sample of recruiters and we analyze the role of schooling discontinuities in the screening of applicant resumes. Applicant may follow di fferent pathways: some of them are graduated on time, others face delay because they had a job or because they traveled abroad. Sensory systems sequentially extract increasingly complex features. ON and OFF pathways, for example, encode increases or decreases of a stimulus from a common input. This ON/OFF pathway split is thought to occur at individual synaptic connections through a sign-inverting synapse in one of the pathways. Here, we show that ON selectivity is a multisynaptic process in the Drosophila visual system. A pharmacogenetics approach demonstrates that both glutamatergic inhibition through GluClα and GABAergic inhibition through Rdl mediate ON responses. Purpose: The aim of our study was to underline the changes in the movement perception for early glaucoma. Our working hypothesis consisted in inquiring if the impairment of the magnocellular pathway may modify the movement perception capabilities in the visual field, more particularly in its peripheral area.Methods: We included 14 healthy subjects and 14 patients with early primary open angle glaucoma. International audience; The main objective of this study is to test the perception of the vowel /y/ among the Polish learners of FLE, as it does not exist in their natural vowel system. We defend the hypothesis that optimal perception conditions can make the identification and acquisition of new sounds more intelligible.; L'objectif principal de cette étude est de tester la perception de la voyelle /y/ chez des apprenants polonais du FLE, celle-ci n'existant pas, en effet, dans leur système vocalique naturel.
