Negatīvu emociju apspiešanas ietekme uz elektrodermālo aktivitāti un kodola afektu

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības elektrodermālajā aktivitātē starp cilvēkiem, kuri riebumu izraisošu video materiālu skatās, apspiežot savas emocijas, un starp tiem, kuri šo video vēro normālā stāvoklī, arī noskaidrot, vai pēc riebumu izraisoša video materiāla noskatīšanās paaugstināsies indivīdu pašnovērtētie kodola afekta rādītāji. Līdzšinējos pētījumos ir pierādīts, ka, apspiežot negatīvas emocijas, elektrodermālā aktivitāte pieaug, taču šāda tipa pētījumi Latvijā nav veikti. Tās būtība atspoguļojas lēmumā par personas saukšanu pie kriminālatbildības jeb apsūdzībā. Jo pats lēmums ir šīs apsūdzības ārējā forma, taču apsūdzības saturs ir tas, kas nosaka kriminālvajāšanas būtību. Hemocyanins are large copper-containing respiratory proteins found in many arthropod species. Scorpions and orthognath spiders possess a highly conserved 4 x 6-mer hemocyanin that consists of at least seven distinct subunit types (termed a to g). However, many "modern" entelegyne spiders such as Cupiennius salei differ from the standard arachnid scheme and have 2 x 6-mer hemocyanins. Here we report the complete primary structure of the 2 x 6-mer hemocyanin of C. salei as deduced from cDNA sequencing, gel electrophoresis, and matrix-assisted laser desorption spectroscopy. Ģeogrāfiskā izglītība visā pasaulē mainās, pēdējā laikā skolās aktīvāk sāka pielietot ģeogrāfiskās informācijas sistēmas (ĢIS) ģeogrāfijas stundās. Arī Latvijā kopš kompetenču pieejas ieviešanu visos mācību priekšmetos, par ģeogrāfijas mācību satura neatņemamo daļu kļuva tiešsaistes ĢIS vide ArcGIS Online, kas ļauj skolēniem izmantot interaktīvās kartes. En primer lugar se presenta la pieza prestando atención a sus características formales y cronológicas. En un segundo apartado se realiza un resumen historiográfico de las anteriores hipótesis publicadas sobre parte o la totalidad de la simbología de la fuente. Ciò si deve non soltanto alla sua reperibilità in loco e all’instaurarsi di prassi e tradizioni di cantiere, ma anche a un apprezzamento di tipo estetico, corroborato dal frequente aggiornamento nelle tecniche e nelle soluzioni costruttive e dalla disponibilità di qualità lapidee con caratteristiche cromatiche e fisiche differenti. The paper proposes a reflection on the Greek concept of epieikeia, traditionally translated with equity, fairness or, in some particular contexts, leniency. The aim is to show that this concept allows us to focus on some important questions in the contemporary philosophical debate such as the question concerning the relationship between a general rule and a particular case, or the question about the problematic relationship between law and justice. The first step is a reconstruction of the meaning of the concept in the pre-Aristotelian tradition. L'articolo mostra che la virtù che Aristotele chiamava epieikeia (generalmente tradotta con ”equità” o ”indulgenza”) svolge un ruolo importante nella costruzione dell'ethos dell'oratore. È raro trovare riferimenti a questa virtù nel dibattito contemporaneo sull'ethos dell'oratore e ciò è probabilmente dovuto al fatto che — anche a causa delle traduzioni — la nozione ha avuto fortuna quasi esclusivamente nel dibattito etico-giuridico o in quello teologico.
