Biowaiver Monograph for Immediate-Release Solid Oral Dosage Forms: Bisoprolol Fumarate

Abstract Literature data relevant to the decision to allow a waiver of in vivo bioequivalence (BE) testing for the approval of immediate-release (IR) solid oral dosage forms containing bisoprolol as the sole active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) are reviewed. Bisoprolol is classified as a Class I API according to the current Biopharmaceutics Classification System (BCS). In addition to the BCS class, its therapeutic index, pharmacokinetic properties, data related to the possibility of excipient interactions, and reported BE/bioavailability problems are taken into consideration. Pēdējā laikā gallijā oksīds (Ga2O3) kļuva par vienu no visaktīvāk pētāmiem materiāliem. Iemesls ir tā konkurētspējīgās elektroniskās īpašības kā, piemēram, plata aizliegtā zona, augsts caursites spriegums, viegla lādiņnesēju koncentrāciju kontrole un augsta termiskā stabilitāte. Šo īpašību dēļ, Ga2O3 ir potenciāls kandidāts uz pielietojumiem augstas jaudas elektroniskās ierīcēs. Skolotāju uzdoto jautājumu veidi bioloģijas un ģeogrāfijas mācību stundās

Darba mērķis ir gadījuma pētījumā izpētīt bioloģijas un ģeogrāfijas mācību stundās uzdoto jautājumu veidus un dziļumu, pamatojoties uz Blūma taksonomiju. Veikta zinātniskās literatūras analīze par jautājumu veidiem un to izziņas līmeņiem. Gadījuma pētījumā izstrādāti un aprobēti mācību stundu plāni ar dažādu izziņas līmeņu un veidu jautājumiem. Noskaidrots, ka dažādu izziņas līmeņu jautājumu uzdošana mācību stundu laikā palīdz skolēniem labāk izprast tematu un apgūt jaunas zināšanas. Ģeogrāfijas mācību līdzekļu kontentanalīzē noskaidrots, ka jautājumu izziņas līmenis ir vairāk orientēts uz zināšanu apguvi nevis uz to lietošanu jaunās situācijās.

It is not uncommon to see sequences without dialogue, where meaning effects are attributed exclusively to visual impact. In Oedipus Rex (1967), Pasolini combines a vision closer to painting with the captions prevalent throughout the film. The captions reveal the absence of a voice and mimic the identity of a third person. The inscriptions, such as “Where are you going, my youth? Application of dual boundary element method in active sensing

In this paper, a boundary element method (BEM) for the dynamic analysis of 3D solid structures with bonded piezoelectric transducers is presented. The host structure is modelled with BEM and the piezoelectric transducers are formulated using a 3D semi-analytical finite element approach. The elastodynamic analysis of the entire structure is carried out in Laplace domain and the response in time domain is obtained by inverse Laplace transform. The BEM is validated against established finite element method (FEM).
