The construction of certain country images and identities is traditionally studied in relation to public diplomacy, strategic communication and nation branding practices of state and non-state actors. However, we notice the increased instrumentalization of country images and identities in debates on issues beyond strategic promotional practices, such as those articulated around elections, referendums or migration. Por razones de coherencia y espacio, se centra únicamente en las misivas redactadas en árabe. - This report seeks to highlight the role of international observer missions of the 9 November 2005 parliamentary election in Azerbaijan. It also presents in-depth assessments of the pre- and post-election situation in the country. The six articles that are presented in the volume have been produced by leading scholars or development practitioners in Azerbaijan. The report forms part of the ‘Network for Election Observation and Exchange’. This is project that is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

En este trabajo se hace un breve análisis de los documentos contenidos en las actas de dos procesos motivados por un error administrativo cometido en la curia del Vicariato de Valencia al anotar los datos de dos jóvenes que habían recibido la tonsura. En uno el notario escribió de manera equivocada su nombre en el registro de ordenaciones y en el otro escribió mal el nombre de su padre. (A)
