La crisi economica e finanziaria in Sicilia: elementi di scenario e opportunità del Terzo Settore

La crisi economica di questi ultimi anni ha ulteriormente aggravato la situazione complessiva della Sicilia, che da sempre registra ampi divari strutturali rispetto alle regioni più avanzate dell’Italia e dell’Unione Europea. Non è causale che un indicatore sintetico di questi divari come il prodotto interno lordo pro capite, sia inferiore del 32 per cento rispetto a quello medio delle regioni europee e con un tasso di disoccupazione tra i più alti in Europa. Ancora più grave è la situazione delle famiglie siciliane di cui circa il 27 per cento è inclusa nei parametri di povertà relativa. Abstract The paper examines the introduction of civic education in post-communist Romania as an educational means of civilising in a democratic ethos the children of the transition. Demokracja medialna w III RP jest nowoczesną formą demokracji, w której mass media wpływają w znaczącym stopniu na decyzje podejmowane przez obywateli. Ponadto obywatele realizują swoje prawa (jak np. wolność słowa, czy wolny dostęp do informacji) i mają możliwość angażowania się w życie polityczne kraju. W artykule przedstawiono pokrótce podejście Polaków do demokracji. Następnie opisano pojęcie demokracji medialnej i mediatyzację polityki. Końcowa część artykułu została poświęcona przybliżeniu wpływu sondaży oraz opinii publicznej na decyzje wyborcze obywateli.

Polish contemporary art to the anti-semitism of Poles and its political significance

Abstract This article presents artistic creativity which worked through the problem of Polish anti-Semitism. Almost all discussed works, performances, films, projects appeared after 2000, when Jan Tomasz Gross published his book Neighbors, in which he described the massacre in the village of Jedwabne (1941) launching a public debate about the responsibility of Poles in the Holocaust of the Jews. In the text, I showed as art, which is conventionally called “post-Jedwabne” was part of this debate. Artykuł jest poświęcony Fridzie Kahlo. Meksykańska malarka współcześnie jest znana głównie z przekazów jako żona wielkiego muralisty Diega Rivery, czy też kobieta romansująca z Lwem Trockim. Pomija się jednakże jej świadomą postawę polityczną, która materializowała się w jej twórczości, ale i np. w praktykach edukacyjnych. Za sprawą kategorii polityczności można wyłuszczyć te polityczne elementy. Relacyjne nacechowanie tejże kategorii prowadzi do rozpoznania kluczowego kontekstu, jakim była rewolucja meksykańska, której program zarazem wyjaśnia polityczność sfer współzależnych ze sferą polityki, w tym sztuki i zaangażowania społecznego F.
