Nell’osservare la mostra degli esiti didattici dei Laboratori di progettazione architettonica dei professori Renato Capozzi e Federica Visconti colpiscono alcuni aspetti che si ritiene possano essere assunti quali asserzioni concettuali e teoriche poste a fondamento dell’intero processo progettuale e della stessa idea di architettura ad esso sottointesa. This contribution presents the preliminary work, carried out over the past few months, concerning the reconstructive study of the paintings and mosaics of the Centennial House ", Insula IX-8, in Pompeii. In particular, the work focused on the decorated surfaces of 11 rooms located along the western part of the house, between the large central peristyle and the centenary alley. Measure differential inclusions: existence results and minimum problems

AbstractWe focus on a very general problem in the theory of dynamic systems, namely that of studying measure differential inclusions with varying measures. The multifunction on the right hand side has compact non-necessarily convex values in a real Euclidean space and satisfies bounded variation hypotheses with respect to the Pompeiu excess (and not to the Hausdorff-Pompeiu distance, as usually in literature). Tra le opere liriche messe in scena nel primo Ottocento, alcune erano ambientate nell’antichità greco-romana. Per la creazione di scenari che apparissero plausibili gli scenografi talora riproducevano monumenti reali, come quelli di Pompei ed Ercolano.

The eleventh-century manuscript known as the Codex Farnesianus (now Naples, BNN, IV. A. 3) sole medieval witness of Sextus Pompeius Festus' work De verborum significatione, transmits Aelius Gallus' definition of the legal concept of possession (Fest. pp. 260-262 L.). The interpretation of this definition entirely depends on the reconstruction of the text. Two passages are problematical because of two blank spaces (fol. 11r int., lin. 3 and lin. 4), in connection with which the scribe characterizes the model of the manuscript as 'blind' (caecus).
