Foodporn. From Conviviality to Sharing

We are used to talking and talking about food, anywhere and anyhow, while eating peculiar quantities of it in souplesse, both in excess or symmetrical insufficiency. Likewise, we are used to talking about pornography in unsuitable tones, ranging from the ashamed to the academic, which, in any case, hardly conceal ancestral pruderies that have never been kept under sufficient control. We do use pornography in contumacy, wherever humanly possible. It can be easily said that, by crossing these two practices, which are at the same time physical and discursive, through a pertinent Engelsian dialectic, a third one emerges. And that is – as should be clear at this point – foodporn.

Atriebības pornogrāfija ir jauns fenomens, kurš attīstās līdz ar mūsdienu tehnoloģiju attīstību. Valstij ir uzlikts pienākums aizsargāt indivīda tiesības uz privāto dzīvi. Ar atriebības pornogrāfijas publikāciju šīs tiesības tiek aizskartas un informācija kļūs pieejama neierobežotai auditorijai. Darba ietvaros pētīts atriebības pornogrāfijas jēdziens, tās tiesiskais regulējums dažādās pasaules valstīs un tiesu prakse. Izstrādājot darbu ir izveidotas vairākas rekomendācijas likumu grozījumiem, lai Latvijas Republikas ietvaros tiktu kriminalizēta atriebības pornogrāfija tādējādi kvalitatīvāk aizsargājot personas tiesības uz privāto dzīvi.

Lewosimendan - cenny gracz w leczeniu ciężkiej prawokomorowej niewydolności krążenia

66-letni otyły mężczyzna, obciążony cukrzycą typu 2 i nadciśnieniem tętniczym, przewlekłą chorobą nerek w okresie 4, utrwalonym migotaniem przedsionków z bradykardią, przyjęty został na oddział kardiologii z powodu objawów ciężkiej prawokomorowej niewydolności krążenia. W leczeniu zastosowano standardową terapię, w tym złożone leczenie moczopędne. Z uwagi na jej nieskuteczność rozpoznano oporność na diuretyki i włączono do leczenia lewosimendan, uzyskując obfitą diurezę, znaczną redukcję wagi ciała i istotną poprawę wydolności krążenia, co pozwoliło na dalszą diagnostykę i adekwatne, przyczynowe leczenie zabiegowe. Maģistra darba mērķis ir aplūkot un apkopot visaptverošu informāciju par sekojošu noziedzīgu nodarījumu - pornogrāfiska priekšnesuma demonstrēšanas, intīma rakstura izklaides ierobežošanas un pornogrāfiska rakstura materiāla aprites noteikumu pārkāpšanu, kurš ir regulēts Krimināllikuma 166. pantā. Par pornogrāfiju un pornogrāfiska rakstura materiāliem cilvēkiem vienmēr ir bijuši maldīgi priekšstati. Daudzi nesaprot atšķirību starp pornogrāfiskiem materiāliem un erotiskiem materiāliem. Dlatego celem niniejszego artykułu jest identyfikacja trendów i rozwiązań logistycznych, które powinny zostać uwzględnione, aby firmy mogły umiejętnie poruszać się w nowej rzeczywistości.
