The state of alarm decreed by the Spanish Government, due to the Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) pandemic, has demanded the lockdown of children and has conditioned a new organization of the Emergency Departments (ED). A pre-triage station and 2 independent circuits were established: suspected COVID-19 and not suspected COVID-19. The ED visits decreased 84,5% from pre-alarm with no increase in the level of urgencies. During the alarm state, 40.97% of the children were classified as suspected COVID-19. ObjectiveTo investigate the levels and correlates of physical activity during COVID-19 social distancing in a sample of the UK public.MethodsThis paper presents analyses of data from a cross-sectional study. Levels of physical activity during COVID-19 social distancing were self-reported. Participants also reported on sociodemographic and clinical data. Current school-based interventions have had limited effect on physical activity and alternative approaches are needed. Bakalaura darba tēma ir 5 – 6 gadīgu bērnu stājas nostiprināšana sporta nodarbībās. Balsta un kustības aparāta darbības traucējumi ir mūsdienu problēma, kas kļūst arvien aktuālāka. Arvien vairāk jaunākiem cilvēkiem tiek konstatētas novirzes no normālas stājas. Jau bērniem agrīnā vecumā novērojamas nopietnas stājas problēmas. Stājas attīstība sākas jau bērnībā, kad sāk veidoties pirmais mugurkaula liekums. Viens no iemesliem, kāpēc veidojas nepareiza stāja, ir iedzimtība, bet biežāk stājas traucējumus iegūst dzīves laikā. This moiety is nearly planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.055 Å), with a slight twist of 4.1 (2)° between the two halves of the aromatic system. The dihedral angle between the least-squares plane of the skeleton and the benzyl group is 24.5 (3)°; the C-S-C angle involving the benzyl-sulfanyl group is 99.2 (4)°. A Multilayered Plate Theory with Transverse Shear and Normal Warping Functions

A multilayered plate theory which takes into account transverse shear and normal stretching is presented. The theory is based on a seven-unknowns kinematic field with five warping functions. Four warping functions are related to the transverse shear behaviour, the fifth is related to the normal stretching. The warping functions are issued from exact three-dimensional solutions. They are related to the variations of transverse shear and normal stresses computed at specific points for a simply supported bending problem. A poor preoperative functional capacity increases the perioperative risk. Therefore, a web-based exercise approach has been initiated for a careful supervision and individual support of patients during their perioperative cancer therapy. Here, we present the data of a 57-year-old patient, scheduled for esophagectomy. Beside a five-week neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (CRT), the patient performed 10 weeks of a web-based prehabilitation exercise training (preconditioning) and continued the exercise program for 14 weeks after surgery.
