Operando il confronto delle definizioni scritte nei due codici italiani, quello del 1865 e quello in vigore, emergono conclusioni preziose in ordine alla proprietà e al possesso. The author estimates Riccobono’s main theories on the subject of possession, particularly with reference to the problems concerning the distinction between possession and detention and the distinction civiliter-naturaliter possidere. The study suggests the possibility of new perspectives of investigation but at the same time shows that Riccobono’s contribution to the subject still marks a milestone for any future research.

Este artículo analiza la evolución de la renta feudal de un señorío valenciano particularmente bien documentado, el marquesado de Llombai, posesión de los duques de Gandía, en un período muy extenso que va de 1486 a 1819. Se estudia la renta nominal (tanto bruta como la neta, es decir la cantidad que percibía efectivamente el señor) y la renta real o deflactada, que es la más interesante, ya que tiene en cuenta el efecto de la evolución de los precios. Il testo prende in esame il complesso di materiali editi e inediti (fonti storiche e archivistiche, documenti musicali, testimonianze etnografiche) che attestano la presenza del tarantismo in Sicilia dalla metà del Seicento alla fine dell’Ottocento. Il caso siciliano viene quindi inquadrato nell’ambito dell’ampia letteratura che ruota intorno al fenomeno, a partire dal classico studio di Ernesto De Martino fino al dibattito sull’interpretazione del fenomeno fra i poli dell’esorcismo e della possessione, dovuto soprattutto all’etnomusicologo francese Gilber Rouget. This article aims to investigate how the body-to-body forms of sociability evolved from 1996 to 2009 simultaneously with the proliferation of ICTs in Europe and why this happened. The article also aims to find out how the socio-demographic profile of Europeans practising these forms developed in the same period of time. The analysis is based on two surveys carried out in Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain in 1996 (N = 6609) and 2009 (N = 7255). In this article, we present an ERP study investigating the neurophysiological correlates of the interplay between prosodic phrasing and case information in head-final sentence processing. We examine German DP1-DP2-V constructions, in which the second DP can either be interpreted as a possessive modifier of the first DP (one-participant reading), or as a verbal argument (two-participant reading). An N400 on the determiner of the second DP is observed when either case information or prosodic phrasing biased toward the establishment of a two-participant reading, thus reflecting local processing costs associated with the introduction of a transitive event.
