Technical and economical comparison between NdFeB and hard ferrites linear electrical generators from sea waves

In this paper the authors perform a technical-economic comparison of two different Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear Machines for sea waves generation by using finite elements analysis. The first configuration includes ferrite rings while the second configuration includes neodymium-iron-boron rings. In order to compare the two types in economic and technical terms, a detailed analysis of the main figures of merit of the two configurations has been carried out. In particular, significant data such as flux distribution, rated voltage and current, axial force, electric power, realization cost and maintenance cost have been compared.

Hill’s Equation in Arm Push of Shot Put and in Braking of Arm Rotation

This chapter consists of the earlier study of shot put where A.V. Hill’s force-velocity relationship was transformed into a constant maximum power model consisting of three different components of power. In addition, the braking phase of the arm rotation movement was examined where Hill’s equation was applied for accelerated motions. Hill’s force-velocity relationship was tested by fitting it into two arm push measurements of shot put experiments and one braking phase of whole arm rotation. We examine the realization of the umbrella promise to assume national responsibility for the final disposal of spent nuclear fuel. Three case studies are used to illustrate how Finland delivers on the promise to take care of its own nuclear waste - a promise that has greatly contributed to the legitimacy of nuclear power in Finland. The article shows how this promise is being challenged by new competitors, business visionaries, and the public. In particolare, esso ha riguardo alla giurisprudenza costituzionale successiva alla revisione del 2001, che ha avuto ad oggetto le disposizioni costituzionali in materia e la relativa disciplina attuativa, nonché alla realtà effettuale dell'attività negoziale con enti stranieri posta in essere dalle Regioni a statuto ordinario e dalle Regioni a statuto speciale.

Wykorzystane mogą być z powodzeniem w procesach oczyszczania ścieków, obniżając ich koszty. Ta dwubiegunowość działania MFC wyróżnia tę technologię spośród stosowanych do tej pory w procesach oczyszczaniu ścieków. Stanowić może zatem przyszłościowe rozwiązanie powszechnie stosowane.
