21. gadsimts prasa, lai ikviens būtu komunikabls un pašpārliecināts. Prezentācijas ir labs līdzeklis, uz ko balstīties situācijās, kad skolēni nejūtas pašpārliecināti uzstājoties. Diplomdarba tēma ir prezentācijas lai attīstītu vidusskolu audzēkņu publiskās uzstāšanās prasmes. Teorētiskā daļā ir aprakstīti vidusskolas skolēni 21. gadsimta skolā, viņu uzstāšanās prasmes, uzstāšanās prasmju attīstība prezentāciju laikā un prezentāciju daudzveidība. Praktiskajā daļā autore analizē anketas par prezentācijām kā vidusskolas audzēkņu uzstāšanās prasmju attīstītājām. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts neverbālo komunikācijas līdzekļu lietojums britu un amerikāņu lietišķajās prezentācijās. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt un salīdzināt neverbālo līdzekļu lietojumu apkopotajās prezentācijās. Pētījuma metodes, kuras pielietotas pētījuma izstrādē, ietver ar pētījuma tematu saistītu teorētisko materiālu analīzi un gadījuma izpēti. Šajā darbā teorija tiek piemērota praksē, pētot neverbālās komunikācijas līdzekļus divās lietišķajās prezentācijās. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj esošās līdzības un atšķirības, kuras pastāv starp britu un amerikāņu oratoriem, ņemot vērā kineksiku, okuleksiku, paralingvistiku un proksēmiku.

Cet article s’intéresse aux inquiétudes d’enseignants universitaires débutants avant leurs premiers cours, en tenant compte de leurs conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement. Il s’appuie sur une étude empirique réalisée auprès de jeunes chargés de TD/TP de l’université de Bourgogne. Celle-ci montre que la quasi-totalité des jeunes enseignants ont des inquiétudes concernant la préparation de leurs interventions devant les étudiants. This paper deals with social media in building experts’ professional images. In the theoretical part, online communities are discussed in the light of the paper’s topic. The study relies on technological adoption models, and in particular, the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) 2 model. In the empirical part, the use of LinkedIn was analyzed as the major tool for professional networking.
