Denne forprosjektrapporten er utarbeidet på oppdrag av Byggherren i fokus v/NBBL, og diskuterer den faglige basisen for å starte opp hovedprosjekter forankret i økonomisk teori innen forretningsbasert prosjektutvikling i byggebransjen. Det skisseres tre mulige omtråder for videre analyse i et hovedprosjekt: Priser og prismodeller for fast eiendom, usikkerhet og realopsjonsanalyse samt markeds- og reguleringssvikt. I forbindelse med hvert av temaene gjennomgås relevant økonomisk teori som basis for videre anlyse i et evenuelt hovedprosjekt.

RésuméLa négligence spatiale (NS) constitue un facteur de mauvais pronostic fonctionnel. L’adaptation à une déviation prismatique de la vision vers la droite améliore la NS. Les bases neurophysiologiques et les modalités optimales de l’adaptation prismatique (AP) restent à valider. Cette étude vise à explorer les effets sensori-moteurs, cognitifs et fonctionnels à long terme produits par une séance d’AP hebdomadaire pendant 4 semaines. Un essai monocentrique, en double insu, randomisé et contrôlé a été réalisé. Spatial neglect is a neurological condition characterised by deficits for perceiving, attending, representing, and/or performing actions within their left-sided space, responsible for numerous debilitating effects in everyday life, for poor functional recovery, and for decreased ability to benefit from treatment. Abstract Prism adaptation (PA) has been recently shown to modulate a brain frontal-parieto-temporal network, with an increase of excitation of this network in the hemisphere ipsilateral to the side of prismatic deviation. Abstract Investigations on the reaction between YCl3·H2O and phen (1,10-phenanthroline) led to the isolation of the title compound. The synthesis, IR and X-ray structural characterization are described. The crystal contains centrosymmetric binuclear dications [Y2(phen)4(μ-OH)2(H2O)4]4+, uncoordinated chloride anions, two clathrated phen molecules and a disordered methanol molecule. The yttrium ions are eight-coordinated with square antiprismatic geometry to the nitrogen atoms of two phen molecules, to bridging hydroxyl groups and to two water molecules. The Y ⋯ YI separation in the dimer is 3.651(2)A˚.

Systematic reviews and meta-analyses pool data from individual studies to generate a higher level of evidence to be evaluated by guidelines. These reviews ultimately guide clinicians and stakeholders in health-related decisions. However, the informativeness and quality of evidence synthesis inherently depend on the quality of what has been pooled into meta-research projects. Moreover, beyond the quality of included individual studies, only a methodologically correct process, in relation to systematic reviews and meta-analyses themselves, can produce a reliable and valid evidence synthesis.
