La globalización e internacionalización de los mercados, así como el aumento de la competencia arrastran a las organizaciones a plantearse cambiar sus estrategias de negocios. En este sentido, el presente estudio tiene por objeto mejorar el sistema de costes y gestión en una Autoridad Portuaria, mediante la implantación de un sistema de costes y gestión basado en las actividades (ABC/ABM). Con ello, se pretende dar respuesta a la necesidad que tenía esta entidad de adaptar su sistema de información interna a estas nuevas exigencias del mercado obteniendo, por consiguiente, una información de mayor calidad para lograr una gestión estratégica de sus costes.
Fathers’ marital satisfaction and their involvement with their child with disabilities

The study examines whether fathers’ marital satisfaction – that is, relationships within the parents’ marriage – is correlated with their involvement with their child with disabilities. Data were collected from 243 Polish fathers who were married and who had at least one child with disabilities. The issue was assessed by two measures, the Marital Satisfaction Scale and the Father Involvement Scale. The results show that fathers’ marital satisfaction is significantly (p 0.05) correlated with the fifth component of fathers’ involvement with their child with disabilities, active help in achieving independence by their children.

Assimilative and accommodative coping strategies have hardly been studied in relation to activity participation when facing functional decline. We investigated whether tenacious goal pursuit (TGP) and flexible goal adjustment (FGA) influence the association between physical or cognitive performance, and physical activity or participation in other hobbies. International audience; L'analyse de 19 entretiens auprès d'étudiant·es issus de milieux populaires met en avant un rapport au travail pluriel, qui s'articule autour de la dimension expressive et instrumentale de l'activité professionnelle espérée. La place de la dimension expressive tient beaucoup au statut d'étudiant du supérieur et distingue les jeunes rencontrés d'autres jeunes issus de milieux populaires. Néanmoins, la promotion sociale espérée et les attentes à son égard dépendent de la socialisation en cours d'études et de l'évolution des conditions socio-économiques des étudiant·es rencontré·es. Cette réversibilité révèle la fragilité de la mobilité sociale en train de se faire.

[EN] In order to motivate the student through a professional experience, and to improve the teaching-learning process by letting the student gain experience, we implement a collaborative learning-through-service methodology. This method increases the student involvement level and the deep understanding of the tools. As a matter of example, we present the implementation of this method in the Final Master Thesis (FMTh) of the Master on Corporate Finance at the University of Valencia (UV).
