This research project examines socialized housing programs available to informal settlers in the megacity of Metro Manila, Philippines, and the socio-political and institutional relationships that enable or impede access to housing. Megacities are urban agglomerations with populations of over 10 million inhabitants and Asia and Africa contain some of the fastest growing cities in the world. Athletes who use personalised data to quantify their performances with the possibilities of sharing with others may use wearables to reinforce the athletic identity. L'articolo analizza le principali questioni giuridiche connesse alla possibilità - oggi offerta dall'art. 12 della l. n. 81/2017 - di stipulare contratti di rete tra liberi professionisti, ed in particolare tra avvocati, allo scopo di partecipare alle gare pubbliche di affidamento di servizi legali. L'A. si propone altresì l'obiettivo di valutare se ed in che misura il contratto di rete possa offrire vantaggi competitivi, in termini di partecipazione alle procedure con la pubblica amministrazione, rispetto alle differenti modalita` organizzative attualmente a disposizione degli avvocati (es. società, associazioni, associazioni temporanee, consorzi stabili professionali).

This paper addresses the issues concerning the professional status of the contemporary teacher. The first part of the article presents both the requirements for those working in the teaching profession and the changes that influence the role of the teacher in the teaching process. The second part of the paper presents the results of the research concerning the professional status of teachers. In most cases, the results were consistent with the results included in the report on the state of education 2013.
Reasons for qualitative psychologists to share human data

ARTICLE PUBLISHED (OPEN ACCESS) IN BRITISH JOURNAL OF SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY. Qualitative data sharing practices in psychology have not developed as rapidly as those in parallel quantitative domains. This is often explained by numerous epistemological, ethical, and pragmatic issues concerning qualitative data types. In this essay, I provide an alternative to the frequently expressed (often reasonable) concerns regarding the sharing of qualitative human data by highlighting three advantages of qualitative data sharing.
