The analysis of performance of Not-for-profit organisations (NPOs) is difficult because there are several objectives and perspectives to NPO performance and accountability, especially if considered sustainably and in long term. This suggests that performance analysis and measurement of NPOs might also involve multiple perspectives, such as in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) or in the Logical Framework (LF) models. AbstractThe long-term sustainment of bullying prevention programs has rarely been investigated. This study addresses this gap by identifying facilitators and barriers to the systematic implementation of KiVa antibullying program in real-life conditions, after an evaluation trial. The study is based on focus group interviews with teachers from 15 Finnish primary schools implementing the KiVa program. [Comparing two different techniques to assess the appropriateness of admissions provided in the emergency room of a pediatric hospital].

Two different techniques aimed to assess the appropriateness of hospital utilisation were used to study the same sample of clinical records of admissions provided during 2001 by the emergency room of a pediatric sicilian hospital. The first technique estimated the '"high risk of inappropriateness" DRGs prevalence, according to the Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri of 29 Novembre 2001, and the second was the pediatric version of the Appropriateness Evaluation Protocol (AEP), based on clinical characteristics of patients and complexity of assistance provided. Une formation pédagogique peut-elle modifier les conceptions de jeunes enseignants universitaires sur l’apprentissage et l’enseignement ?

Nous analysons l’évolution des conceptions de l’apprentissage et de l’enseignement de jeunes enseignants universitaires à l’issue d’une formation en pédagogie universitaire, grâce à des informations de formations collectées lors de sessions de formation de l’Université de Bourgogne. Nous montrons que les conceptions à l’entrée et à la sortie de formation apparaissent variées et que celles-ci sont liées aux disciplines, à l’expérience et au projet professionnel. Les participants considèrent avoir changé de conceptions au terme de la formation. Ceux qui ont des visions nuancées et centrées d’emblée sur l’apprenant sont toutefois davantage influencés par la formation pédagogique.
